"Overall, the wings were very flavorful and had the perfect crispy texture that I enjoy. However, I was a bit disappointed with the menu, which indicated two flavor choices for a dozen wings. It seemed like we only received one flavor each, and if they are meant to be combined, that should be made clearer. We ordered two dozen wings along with Jalapeno Cheese Balls, but we only received the wings, which was frustrating. When you spend a decent amount on food and tip, it's disappointing not to receive your full order. This experience is one of the reasons we don't order out often; it tends to be a hassle and not worth the frustration of having to complain. That said, the food we did receive was good."

"Mike's Court is one of the best neighborhood bar/restaurant in the area. It's small but comfortable and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It's one of those places where the regulars are friendly and everyone knows your name. The employees are equally friendly and the food is great. Mike, the owner is especially pleasant and can be found behind the bar, waiting tables, and checking to make sure all the customers are happy practically non stop. A few of us stopped in recently and had some fantastic sandwiches (baked Italian, roast beef and meatball subs) and they were all packed to the brim with meat and toppings and were delicious. What really got me were the prices were unbelievable. We each had a great sub, fries and a drink with tax included for less than other big chain places in town charge for just a sub. Frankly I am already looking forward to my next visit. This is one of the hidden local gems in Altoona so if you are looking for something with local ambiance check out Mike's Court."

"this place is amazing! visit the opposite of ohio and we have it near to come there in time and arrived about 15-20 minutes before they closed. instead of the usual drums they listen to most places a few minutes before closing the staff was super friendly and accommodating us we were welcome and take our time. we love diners and get a cheese steak sandwich and a reub. Unfortunately, reuben sandwich was not in the menu here. a coworker however overheard us to ask about it and said that they can do one. it was one of the best reubens I had. our server, denise, competently provided very personal and fast service. such a great experience in nostalgic atmosphere. recommend this from the way shade!"

"From the outside, the place doesn't seem very special. It is right at a corner, and parking is a bit obscure. After that, this place is a pure joy. Food selection and quality were really good, serving sizes were generous. Beer selection wasn't huge, but was very much varied (too often it seems places only have the usual and IPAs), and I was thrilled to see a couple of beers I'd never seen before. They have a liquor selection that is extensive, so if you're looking to try something new, this is the place! All of this pales to the prompt, friendly service. When I asked about a whiskey choice, something I've never had, I got a lot of really helpful suggestions and guidance I definitely WILL be returning to Knickerbocker Tavern!"

"I visited this restaurant for lunch, and my experience was quite mixed. The food was disappointing, earning only a score of 2 out of 5. However, the service was commendable, receiving a 4 for its attentiveness and friendliness. The atmosphere was equally enjoyable, also rated a 4, creating a pleasant dining environment. Overall, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person, I found the experience to be decent, but improvements in the food quality would certainly enhance my overall impression."
