"I placed an online order that was ready quickly but I had to stand in a line of 4-5 people to get to a staff member to retrieve the order. My drink wasn’t with it either so I had to wait until someone came back out for me to try and get their attention. Unfortunately it looks like they only had one staff member up front which makes it hard on them to give the best service possible. The plants were cute but there was a lot of people sitting waiting for orders. Soup was delicious but too much oil for me I couldn’t get it mixed in all the way. Sandwich needed more meat it was small for a total of $16. Only garage parking which was another $5 just to get in and out. Overall good place for lunch if you’re in walking distance or getting delivered."

I enjoyed a fantastic Caesar salad and their French Onion Soup was wonderful. To finish off the meal, I had a delicious homemade chocolate chip cookie! View menu

Richmond is pretty quiet. This place was a diamond in the rough incredible Chicken Katsu sammie, great vibe, and great service from the owner and bartender Paul.

Popped in after a simple google search for sandwiches and this place lived up to the review hype…they had a chicken sandwich under the “specials” section that was incredible…thick cut bacon for BLT’s…recommended to others and will be back

I had lunch here with my coworkers and it was fantastic to discover a new nearby spot for meals! Everything we tried was delicious, quick, and fresh—between us, we enjoyed soup, salads, and sandwiches. The decor was also vibrant and inviting. View menu

We happened upon Charlotte's on our walking tour of Richmond and had two of the best sandwiches ever...seriously!! We had the italian sub and pastrami sandwich and spent the next six hours debating the merits of each and which was best!! They have some truly quality beers, too!!

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! The ambiance is adorable, and the moss wall art is incredible. I ordered the chicken katsu sandwich, and I have to say, it was the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever tasted. They really should make that a permanent menu item. My friend even regretted not ordering it! I will definitely be returning!

"I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I have to say I was very disappointed in my dining experience at Adarra. It’s difficult to get a reservation there, so once I was able to, I had extremely high expectations. The drinks were excellent, so no complaints there. The food, however, was not. We ordered the toasted almonds, peppers, cheese plate, tuna belly, anchovy dish, tomato salad, and gnocchi. The almonds and peppers were good, although I have to say they were on the simpler side. The tuna belly made me think I was eating quality tuna from a can soaked in olive oil. That’s the best way I can describe it. It was a bit tough and on the dry side, and I didn’t finish it. I don’t usually eat anchovies since I’m not a fan of the typical fishy taste, but was assured that their version wasn’t fishy at all the way they prepare it. I ate a piece or two but couldn’t finish it. Soaking the anchovies in olive oil did not hide the fishy taste. Some people may like that fishy taste, but I definitely didn’t. The cheese plate was okay. The crackers weren’t anything special, and the amount of cheese was pretty minuscule. The tomato salad was actually the only thing I ordered that was delicious, and the only thing we actually finished. After being at the restaurant for almost two hours, the gnocchi had still not come out. We told our waitress we didn’t want it and decided to leave. I heard so many great things about Adarra and had such high hopes. But after such a disappointing meal that we paid over $200 for, we will not be returning."
