"Had a wonderful dinner! The atmosphere was lovely and the tables didn't feel so crowded you are in someone else's conversation. Had the signature Limontinni and wow! So good. The fried mozzarella was light and resting in a bed of delicious red sauce, the crispy Brussel sprouts are not to be missed. Entrees were lasagna and butternut squash ravioli and both were excellent. Finished the evening off with a shared desert cannoli that wasn't my favorite, but the Expresso Martini stole the show!!! Will be back"

"I stopped in on a weekday in the afternoon. I believe I met the owners, but not sure. The woman who walked up was in the back cleaning or something when I walked in. I mentioned it was my first time there and she seemed bothered and would rather go back to cleaning. A man walked up to finish the transaction. Again uninterested, and ready for me to leave. I bought three mini cheesecakes that are pricey for what you get and left a lot to be desired. The texture was smooth, but the flavor was average, had no depth and they were not sweet enough for me even though I don't eat a lot of sweets. I've had better cheesecake at restaurants. I actually only had one bite of the turtle one before I ended up giving the rest to one of my family members, who didn't like them either and threw the last one out. The service was fair, but not great. The hours are so weird for a food business. Only open on weekdays during lunchtime until 4p. Not sure if it was an off day or something but I probably won't be back."

"Steven Libby Bollich had made reservations a week in advance. The service was great and the server(s) knowledgeable in all facets. The food was very well prepared and the portions satisfying. We had an issue (known to Jackson's by previous complaints as admitted by management) of a serving buffet/storage facility for glassware, beer, and utensils among other sorts of table preparation items. Our table was placed right next to all the clanging of noise as servers did their job. We complained twice and received apology etc. We spoke with management about the issue and made note of extra seating that was not near all the noise. We were not compensated or moved to a different table. All in all, we had a good time, as we are truly happy folks (most of the time)"

"Arrived exactly at reservation time (7:15). Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated while other parties were seated. Reminded the front desk several times that we had arrived. Three employees there but 30 minutes to seat two people. They need further training. The food and service were excellent except for a serving of salty bisque which we asked for onion soup as replacement. Later perused the bill and was charged for the bisque. On line info says business casual dress. Patrons dressed accordingly to shorts and flip flops. I’ll revisit but hope management takes notice of this review."

"Was in Pensacola for work and desperate for something that wasn't just a filler so I picked Restaurant Iron. I was hoping for tasty and they didn't disappoint. Delicious is the appropriate adjective for the Nola BBQ Shrimp Grits (thanks for the recommendation Meg). I believe it was a basil olive oil edging that really set the bar for flavorful. I wish I had snapped a photo because the presentation was also on point. The Iron Rose cocktail was fab and I would have gone for two had I not been driving. Bravo Restaurant Iron! Update: Back for more 10/22. It is still delicious and Meg was still there! Iron Lyonnaise with Red Fish this time and full of flavor."
