"Amazing vegan options! Although the menu features only a limited number of vegan dishes, we learned upon ordering that almost any dish could be customized to accommodate a vegan diet. Just be sure to ask if a dish is fried, like the Chimichanga, if you're worried about cross-contamination. The staff and servers were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and authentic, with great prices. My wife and I traveled from Charlotte after a friend's recommendation, and we can't stop raving about how good the food was! It's hard to find good, authentic vegan Mexican food, but Isabelas truly exceeded our expectations. I ordered the Torta Vegana, which had plant-based beef, vegan cheese, rice, beans, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and vegan mayo on a Bolillo roll. It was so filling that I had to take half of it home—though I did share a few bites with my wife! Their homemade tortilla chips are tasty, but they are fried in the same oil as the meat dishes, so they're not entirely vegan. Thankfully, that didn’t stop us from enjoying our meal! Our server, who I think was named Vanessa, was fantastic—enthusiastic and eager to share all the plant-based options available. The chefs even allowed us to try their new vegan chorizo, which was incredible! This place is certainly a hidden gem, and we plan to visit as often as we can. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and truly outstanding food!"
