As a fellow business owner, I would never turn away a loyal customer due to staffing issues or because we thought we weren't busy—especially with customers still at the bar and others waiting to be seated. This experience has certainly made us decide not to return.

It's disappointing that a restaurant with customers at their tables has never taken the time to learn their names or engage with them!
On a positive note, Ginny, Tiffany, and Ethan have consistently provided friendly and welcoming service, and the food quality is good. Perhaps you, as owners, should spend a few minutes in the dining room to check on your patrons' experiences instead of having your waitstaff do all the work while you peek from the kitchen.
