I would give this restaurant a negative rating if I could. The chicken was incredibly dry and overcooked; it was nearly impossible to cut with a fork, as tough as a rock. I really wouldn't recommend spending your money here. Even the crab rangoons were disappointing, and I usually enjoy them!

Put in an order at 3:45 to be delivered at 6. Started calling at 6:30 and was told we would get a call back right away with where our order was. At 7 I went there and they never started our order since no delivery driver showed up. I told them we called twice but nothing was said about that. Will never come here again. I understand they were busy but they could have called or emailed saying we would need to pick it up.

When we called to request a refund due to the poor quality of the food and service, the manager had the nerve to hang up on us. We then went to the restaurant in person, only to be told they couldn't issue a refund because they didn't have the funds. It's frustrating because we ordered directly from their website. I will never spend my money here again, and I plan to warn others to stay away. I wouldn’t be surprised if we end up with food poisoning, and I will be disputing the charge for this meal. View menu

Ordered Mixed Vegetables with Hot and Sour soup. Also ordered Chicken and beef Hunan style Extra Spicy and a shrimp egg roll. My girl can't eat fried food. She loved the soup and the vegetable dish. My spring roll was adequate. A little heavywith the cabbage. My dish was excellent as it was very meat forward. One complaint. I ordered it to be very spicy. I'm a hothead and eat raw Thai peppers. I told them to add a ton of them. I rated the dish a 3 of 10 on hotness. I wanted it to melt myface off instead I got an Americanized version of hot. I ordered hunan for the heat. That was very disappointing.

Worst hotel delivery experience ever. Manager was quip and cared less. I Oder on on their web site that uses HubGrub to deliver. The site self propagates your location, not a room numbat if at a hotel. I called Chong manager to provide a room number. Told they were busy and would call me back. No call. No food showed up as test rather than call sent by driver asking for where I wanted the food delivered. Called Chang's manager again. Told m Not her problem call Hub Grub customer service. Asked for number she said she as the business using hub grub did not know the numbers. The customer service sucked and so did the food. Typical. Chicken cashew. Determined to give them another chance, we decided to order again, hoping our last experience was just a fluke. We ordered beef and broccoli, boneless barbecue pork, sweet-and-sour pork, lo mein, fried rice, General Tso's chicken, and Mongolian beef—enough for 2-3 meals. The food arrived promptly and was hot, but oddly enough, it included egg rolls we hadn’t ordered (not a complaint, just curious). Half of the order seemed more like a lunch portion, as it was filled with rice, even though we ordered at 6 PM. Yet again, the flavor was lacking.
