"My first observation was dirty windows. Not dusty, dirty. Lots of fingerprints on doors and windows. Perhaps cleanliness is not a priority here. The dining area is okay enough, but nothing special stood out. The hostess was pleasant and returned quickly with drinks. They were not very busy here. This is a buffet only style restaurant. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone in as I am not a fan of buffets. This establishment was a reminder of why. To their credit, the buffet pans were full. The problem was that the food in them is lukewarm at best. I tried a variety of dishes and encountered the same issue with all of them. The egg roll was very unpleasant. It had a rotten cabbage taste that made my stomach turn. I actually spit it back out into my napkin. I usually love a good egg roll. This wasn't it. They have areas labeled Mongolian Grill, which is to order, and a sushi area. The grill ingredients looked like they had been there for a while, and the sushi area looked to mostly be comprised of vegetable sushi. I hate to be harsh, but I fully expect to get food poisoning from here. The food is just not being maintained at a high enough temperature to meet food safety standards. I see where others have shared that carpet and bathrooms are disgusting. Apparently, the carpeting has been replaced with laminate. We did not brave the bathrooms. We will not go back. I can not in good conscience recommend this restaurant. I try to find a positive in every restaurant experience. The hostess has a lovely smile."

Most of what I got off the buffet was cold. Food was pretty terrible. Would not recommend.

My child is obsessed with their noodles and constantly craves them! And let's not forget the soft serve ice cream—it's a favorite too! View menu

It's ok,service is always good. I only go there because my wife loves it.Most of these Chinese joints you gotta wonder about cleanliness, this one seems ok. Food to me is kinda bland

I really enjoyed most of the food I tried. However, the waitress was quite rude when we were seated and when I asked for drink recommendations. Additionally, both the interior and exterior could benefit from a thorough cleaning.

The service was fine but the food is absolute trash. I was ashamed that I had to pay $12 for lunch here today. The only food that was even remotely acceptable is the hot and sour soup. How do you screw up so much? LolOh the vanilla ice cream was good but that is the only option as the others are out.I will NEVER EVERRR return. Even if it's free!I used to eat here on and off over the past 13 years I've been living up this way. No more. View menu

This place had went downhill so bad. My family (2 adults 4 kids) went in for dinner. Trays on the buffet line were empty and not getting refilled. We had a hard time eating because there was barley any food and more people were coming in. Our drinks were not getting refilled on time. When the waitress handed us the check, she rushed us on paying it when we usually pay as we walk out. The floors were dirty, counters, tables. The bathrooms were gross. Cleaning supplies sitting on the bathroom counters. Not just one bottle, like 10 of them.We always go here but we won't be back for a while. They need to get it back together and cleaned up.

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"
