As soon as you walk in, the smell from the kitchen let?s you know you?re at a good spot. Roast beef was definitely worth it! Great prices for the amount and quality of food you get. If you?re from Chicago and want a taste from back home, come here. Won?t be disappointed. Plus the staff is very friendly including the owner.

Decent food. Never been to Chicago, so can't promise whether up to par with what's out there or not. Went in on Saturday peak dinner time. Only one server handling whole floor, she did amazingly well. Only complaint: our wings came 25 mins from ordering. The fries were my favorite, their house seasoning worked very nicely. Had the Chicago beef regular size, plenty enough for me. The decor was great, full of Chicago sports stuff.

Later on, the OWNER apologized and handed me my food. A nearby customer witnessed the entire incident and confirmed that I was treated unfairly. He was sympathetic, but the damage was already done. They even inaccurately accused me of ordering extra cheese, which my wife had never received. Afterwards, a staff member from the front called to apologize for her earlier behavior and mentioned that she would refund me for the cheese. However, honestly, the money wasn't my main concern. Everyone deserves respect when they are paying for a service. We all have bad days, but that shouldn't be taken out on customers, nor should anyone ever be threatened. View menu

In the end, I paid for the meal and requested that they throw the food away. Afterward, the owner came outside to apologize and offered me the food. Another customer spoke up, saying that I had been treated poorly. Although the owner was polite during this conversation, the damage was already done. To make matters worse, I was charged for extra cheese that my wife ordered but never received. Later, the woman at the front called to apologize for her treatment and for forgetting the extra cheese, promising to issue a refund. While I appreciate the apology and the refund, my concerns go beyond just the money. Everyone who pays for a service deserves to be treated with respect. We all have off...
