Terrible experience at the Drive through, they messed up my order and forgot to give me a straw, when I went back they did nothing to fix my order.

The name for the order a was Maria. I really enjoyed my visit tonight. A kind gesture like this team did for me and my daughter is something that we will never forget. Thank you!

Not only do they constantly forget their condiments that you order… but they are super disrespectful to their nurses… I explained I have a food allergy and wanted to sub the sandwich for just the chicken strips for nurses day, and they wouldn’t let me… but say they love their first responders.

Great food and great personal service as usual with Chick-fil-A. This location, however, does not have a mobile app drive-through live so you have to wait in the main line which can take quite a while as you know. I suggest finding a different location if you expect a faster mobile Experience.

Just ordered two chicken clubs, no tomato with pickle, on gluten-free because both my daughter and I have Celiac. I got two chicken clubs on regular bread, with tomato, without pickle, and gluten-free buns on the side. It's been $26 and I had to throw both sandwiches away because we can't eat food that's cross-contaminated. So I'm posting this for a refund, and I will take down the review once it's fixed. Normally I order the grilled nuggets due to celiac, but tried the gluten free bun for the first time. It's packaged in its own sealed bag, and the chicken and toppings on the side. Great! However, my bun was moldy, which I know happens, so they did replace it with a new one and a cookie for my troubles. So, just interesting that I have a gluten free meal, but receive a cookie that has gluten. Made my night.

I been to several Chick fil A and I have to say that this location is my favorite. Not only because my 4 year old daughter likes the play area but because of the service they provide. The restaurant is always clean including bathrooms. Every team member is pleasant and helpful. There are a couple of older ladies that attend to the tables. They are amazing women who want to help you with anything you need. I commend the management team for their amazing leadership and focusing on both quality of food and service.

I normally love this Chick fila, but today I am so mad and very very upset. I am a regular customer. But this doesn't make me very happy, when I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage meal for my mother, with the person taking my order before getting to the window, and when I got to the window to pay for everything the employee at the window told us that ya'll will not have eggs anymore. Why didn't the person taking my order tell me this before ordering, and we wouldn't have ordered nothing here. Which isn't right. Only egg whites, she told me that ya'll had. It really doesn't make since. You are going to loose customers if this is the case. We didn't get anything to eat. Just coffee, and... View menu
