"While driving through Pepperell on a sunny Saturday afternoon, I came upon Main Street, which was blocked off due to a local parade. I ended up pah-king mah cah in an adjacent strip plaza next to China Express and watched the parade next to this restaurant. The staff from China Express was also watching the parade, so I figured I 'd order lunch takeout from here after the parade had passed through 30 minutes later). The place is very old school, which is an order at the counter place with open kitchen and a few tables for eating in. The menu offerings include the standard Chinese dishes and items, most items under $10 and house special dishes $10.25-$14.75. 20 Lunch Specials served Mon-Sat until 3PM) with pork fried rice, appetizer, and soup for $5.75-$7.50 and 20 Combination Plates $7.75-$9.25) served with appetizer and pork fried rice except D20 Lo Mein). A few dim sum items are offered here too. For lunch takeout, I ordered the L20 Shrimp Lo Mein with Pork Fried Rice, 2 Crab Rangoons, and Hot Sour Soup $7.25 plus tax), which was hot and ready in under 10 minutes. The portion of food was very generous and heavy packed in a square styrofoam box) for the price. The lo mein dish had tender shrimp cleaned) with cabbage and lots of fried onions tossed with soft noodles, tasty and on the oily side. The pork fried rice was tender roast pork chunks and onion. The crab rangoons were folded deep fried triangles filled with good amounts of cheese crab stick mixture, crispy outside. The hot sour soup had a medium spicy flavor broth with tofu, mushrooms, onion, pork, and bamboo. Overall, the food was very tasty and filling enough for 3 meals) and a great amount of hot food at a very reasonable price under $8 for lunch)."

Zero stars. Terrible experience and extremely rude staff. This restaurant is a joke. They've suddenly stopped delivering to my house, despite being able to deliver just yesterday with a two-hour wait. Unbelievable. Save your money and time—choose a different place.

We recently moved to the area and have yet to unpack the kitchen, so we've had a chance to try most of takeout that Pepperell has to offer. We did not enjoy the food at all. The people were very nice, the food is inexpensive and they do deliver, but I doubt that we'll be returning.

Couldn't find a menu online so posting here. Menu as of November 2017. This restaurant was the original Chinese food place and been around forever. If you're looking for glamor and glitz when you walk in- you won't find it here. But the food always tastes pretty darn good and not too pricey either.

While I enjoy the food, I will NEVER return! I placed an order and was missing one item that I had paid for. When I went back to address it, they claimed I hadn’t ordered it. Now I'm left without the food and out the money. Communication in English is a significant issue as well. I plan to speak with the owner about this! Terrible experience! View menu

Delicious food at fantastic prices! I ordered takeout and enjoyed some excellent crab Rangoon, fried rice, and boneless spare ribs. There were about ten crab Rangoons for just seven dollars, and everything was served hot and full of flavor. The service at the counter was also outstanding! I’m really happy to have a great Chinese restaurant so close to my home!

Pros: Fast delivery, at least in my experience Decent food; nothing particularly stunning, but not bad Reasonably friendly staff Cons: Inside of restaurant is pretty bland and a little bit dirty I am 99% positive they scratched an expiration date off a bottle of coke I bought there, with scratch marks over the rubbed off date clearly visible, and the soda ultimately completely flat. Super sketchy. I know a flat soda is not going to hurt anyone, but come on that's not cool.

I gave it a try because my friend recommended it. I would say that it's not a great place to dine in but very good for take outs and enjoying a meal at your own home. I did just that I ordered beforehand and collected my order. I tried the boneless orange chicken and it was just spectacular, full of great flavors and amazing taste. Would definitely recommend for everyone to try it super crispy and you would not be able to get over it! The soups were great; the egg drop soup is one of my favorites. Really yummy and awesome! They have great food but their prices are strange if you look up their menu on the internet their prices at different then the ones inside restaurant a public pu platter for 2 is $16.25 on the internet I got charged $17.50 also on the internet I bought a large rice $5.95 on the internet in the restaurant I got charged $6.25 when I call to talk to them about it they acted like they didn't speak any English I kept telling them about their internet prices and they still had no idea no one to speak to no manager and they pocketed a $1.55 I know it's only a $1.55 but if they do it to me imagine how many other people they do it till do the math if they do it to 10 people a day times that buy a mon...

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option! I'm really concerned about the cleanliness of this restaurant. I decided to try a crab Rangoon that my daughter ordered, and when I took a bite, I felt a sharp pain as a long piece of metal lodged deep in my gums! I had to pull it out of my bleeding mouth, and it turned out to be a staple! I can't believe I almost served this dangerous item to my 7-year-old! If she had eaten it, I would have reported this place immediately! DO NOT EAT HERE! And to the owner, if you're reading this, you need to shut your restaurant down.
