Tried the Special Soup for a change of pace, and WOW! This solid family kitchen delivered Everything, including the kitchen sink.....large mushrooms, large broccoli fleurettes, whole pot-stickers, carrots, pork chunks, baby shrimp, bamboo shoots, large water chestnuts, and on and on! I hesitate to post this, because all of you interlopers from Belleville and Columbia will now cause a shortage on this soup for the fine Citizens of Millstadt!!! View menu

I regret to say that every dish we tried was a letdown. The hot and sour soup had an odd taste because of some mystery brown sauce that just didn't fit. The mu shu pork came with only four thin square wrappers, which were not nearly enough for the amount of mixed vegetables. We ordered crab Rangoon but instead received a dozen over-fried frozen shrimp that were so tough they couldn't even be cut with a knife. The same peculiar brown sauce showed up in the lo mein vegetables, rendering them inedible too. All in all, it was a total disaster!
