"1st off I'd like to say I haven't been to China star in a while and noticed that the portions have gone down in size and the prices have gone up I can see if they kept their prices the same and cut down their portions. but not raise prices and cut theportions down. They're now using these small bowls compared to a regular styrofoam to go containers. Now I got the sesamechicken with fried rice and chicken teriyaki sticks and the meal came with 2 cream cheese rangoons, it was was over $16. Theyuse 24oz (stamped on the bottom) flat lid containers, You can see on other peoples pictures and their reviews on the size of theto-go containers they now use. I got the regular lunch size. Now I know inflation understandable but to cut the portions and toraise the price that is unacceptable. They have decent food nothing that you'd go out your way for in my opinion. It's justsomething when you want to eat junk food to go and grab once in a while. Inside their lobby area by their register definitelycould use a update/remodel and deep cleaning (possible the cooking area aswell) in my opinion again. But all in all the ladywho assisted me was friendly no issues with the staff."

Consistently excellent and always fresh. It's definitely at its best when you pick it up yourself, but even when ordered for delivery, it never feels stale. The portions are huge and the prices are low. This is the only non-buffet Chinese restaurant I visit in town.

Called China Star to order. Told the woman we had a current/valid coupon for a free crab rangoon. She told me. Sorry, we 're not taking any coupons at this time . Not only deceitful, most likely illegal. If you 're not going to honor your current/validcoupons, stop putting out coupons. We 've found a new go-to Chinese restaurant!!! Your loss, China Scam !

Five mins of eating my chicken I find a whole fly stuck and my chicken.???????? and mind you I waited a whole hour just to get this. They were supposed to come pick the entree back up to check but they didn?t so I left a review. After I asked them for arefund they refund me then a day later stole the money back, doesn?t answer the phone for hours. I will never eat here againfood is poisoning for sure and not up to quality.
