The owner mentioned the high costs of maintaining the shop and suggested supporting the establishment to keep it in town. It was recommended to offer a loyalty program such as a buy 10 get one free to help increase revenue. Overall, it was suggested that more people should visit and purchase from this family-owned business to ensure its longevity in Discovery Bay."

"I’ve been visiting Orwood Resort for 15 years and have been coming here for the past 10 seasons. The food is consistently excellent, and I particularly love the NY Steak salad for lunch, as well as the Steak/Lummer combination they offer on Fridays and Saturdays. The dishes are always well prepared and delicious. The drinks are great too—beer is served ice cold, and the margaritas are quite potent. I also enjoy sitting at the outdoor bar, savoring my meal while watching the boats launch."

"TL;DR: Weaselly and dishonest, rude, only average food nothing special. More detail: One of my biggest pet peeves is dishonest, weaselly business practices. I ordered guacamole; menu sign lists the price as 6.99. When the young lady (who was rude attitude rang it up, it charged me 7.99 (a dollar more . When I pointed out the price as quoted on the sign, she looked me in the eye and immediately coldly said, That price is wrong. Excuse me?? Oh it iS, is it?? Well, isn 't that convenient. It 's not the dollar that angers me; I can afford it. It 's the dishonesty and the attitude. The correct response should have been: Sorry sir; we changed the price and haven 't changed the sign yet. Let me re do the total for you (followed by removing a dollar from my total . That price is wrong is NOT THE CORRECT RESPONSE. (Oh, and I wonder how long the price on the sign has been wrong and how many people noticed the overcharging going on? So, this place cheats its customers, and gives rude service. Is that all? No. My food was also utterly average, nothing special. Congratulations, you cheated me out of an extra dollar. You 'll never see me again, nor anybody I talk to about you, so enjoy your gain. No reason to come here for meh food, rude attitude, and sleazy dishonest business practices. No surprise to me that there are so many negative reviews on Yelp mentioning how rude the clerks are. "I rarely buy pizza not having grown up in a country where it was available. This was a free coupon I had won however so decided to try the large chicken club pizza. It was actually very tasty and well received by the three people who shared with me. Delivery is available but I picked this up personally and it was still hot and ready to eat by the time it reached home. This won't be my last pizza from Mountain Mike's."

"The restaurant's operating hours need to be updated online, as both their website and Yelp indicated they were open until 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. However, when I arrived at 9:45 PM on a Friday to place an order, everything was already cleaned up and put away. The cashier informed me they were closing in 10 minutes (which would be nearly 10 PM) after asking how they could assist me. If you aren't taking orders during your listed hours, you should simply apologize and explain that you are closing. Additionally, another customer was present, voicing complaints about a different issue, which required the staff to try and reach the store manager, who was not on site. It seems like there are several issues occurring at this location. That said, the food has generally been decent during my previous visits."
