"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"As the only restaurant in the area, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the food and the service here. We dined here for the past two nights, and I enjoyed both the Duck and the Ribeye, which were both delicious! The Burger, Chicken Wings, and Trout Almondine were also quite good. We finished our meals with a delightful scoop of ice cream. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the logistical challenges of sourcing their ingredients. Our servers, Rebecca and Leslie, were exceptional, and the Manager was very gracious, even when a small mistake occurred. The restaurant itself is beautiful, not overly crowded, and boasts stunning views. I highly recommend making a reservation, as they are available on OpenTable. While staying at the Lodge, you may find dining options limited, but I strongly recommend this charming gem in the middle of nowhere."
