"I visited this restaurant hoping to enjoy a nice meal, but unfortunately, that was impossible due to the poor service. The waitstaff, particularly one waitress, desperately needs training on how to be more pleasant. Her attitude was sharp and unwelcoming, which made the experience quite unpleasant. I believe it would be in the restaurant's best interest to let her go, especially since I brought this issue to the attention of the management, but my concerns were dismissed. As a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant and I will advise others to steer clear if they are seeking a enjoyable dining experience, as the service overshadowed the food."

The restaurant has been remodeled and now features a carpet-free environment. It is very clean and offers delicious food. It is conveniently located near the interstate. The new name was established on August 13, 2014.

The breakfast was enjoyable, though nothing extravagant. The server was friendly. According to my son, the women's bathroom was clean, but the men's could use some attention. If you're looking for a quick meal, this might not be the right spot. However, if you're seeking a place to relax before continuing your journey, this will work just fine. View menu

During my visit to Chit Chats on April 14, 2010, I was in the mood for something different from typical fast food. I noticed they offered a "carnal burger," so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing choice. While the fries were delicious and the burger was topped with plenty of toppings and pickles, the meat was overcooked, dry, and unappetizing around the edges. At $5.75, I would have been better off grabbing a meal from McDonald's down the road. Perhaps the cook was having an off day, but I left with a bad taste in my mouth.

During my recent visit to the area, I decided to try Chit Chats on April 14, 2010, in search of something beyond fast food. I noticed the Cardinal burger was on special, so I gave it a try. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a disappointing decision. While the fries were good and the burger was generously topped with onions and pickles, the meat was overcooked—almost burnt around the edges and very dry. At $5.75, I felt I could have had a much better meal at the McDonald's across the street. Perhaps the cook was having an off day, but overall, I left feeling unsatisfied.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the front wait staff, particularly one waitress who seemed to lack basic training in customer service. She was consistently slamming dishes and exhibited a generally unpleasant demeanor. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of management, it was only addressed partially, both in the dining area and outside. "The service, as always, was fantastic. I didn’t catch my server’s name because it was a busy Sunday afternoon in the Bible belt, but she was outstanding and I never had to ask for anything, even for a to-go box when I couldn’t finish my meal. Oh, and here’s another important detail: my brother and his wife, who live just outside Luverne, told me that The Chicken Shack has the best milkshakes in town. On my way home, I decided to stop in and give one a try. They were absolutely right—it was divine! Probably the best milkshake I’ve had in years. It was so thick that I couldn’t even start drinking it until I got through Brantley. (By the way, be sure to slow down in Brantley; those speed limit signs are definitely enforced!)"

"We placed two orders from Chicken Teeth. They welcomed us and took a few minutes to prepare our food, but when we received our order, everything was hot and fresh. Despite the fiery sauce option, we didn't choose that. We went with Ranch dressing, but it wasn't the best quality ranch. Overall, it was a good experience. This is the first fast-food spot on our way back from PCB, FL, and we will definitely stop by again."

"Had the smoked cheeseburger, sweet potato fries and mac and cheese. Others had the barbecue plate and BBQ sandwich, regular fries and mac cheese. The barbecue had a good flavor but it was a little dry. And the barbecue sauce was different in that it was tomatoey vinegar based. It was okay but not my favorite. The smoked cheeseburger was really good. It had a smoked flavor and it was not dry. The sweet potato fries were very very good. They mac and cheese was okay. The homemade pound cake was very very good and moist. The service was good and the guy behind the cash register was very friendly and very helpful. Will probably stop there again for another burger and pound cake. Or maybe just the pound cake. Went again on the weekend and had their special Shrimp and Grits. It was really good, had sausage and a soft fried egg in the middle. Should be on the regular menu!"
