"Describing the service as poor and rude seems a bit unfair, especially since the restaurant is located within a casino. I ordered the Chicken Noodle Soup, but it turned out to be rather bland and lacking flavor. The soup was mostly just a tasteless broth with oversized pieces of chicken that didn’t look good for a $19 dish. I tried to improve the taste with some hot sauce, but the chicken still came off as odd and unappealing. While I understand that the restaurant might be dealing with staffing challenges, I think management should look into making improvements to enhance the overall dining experience."

If I can give less than one star I would! I can’t say a good thing about this place. Worst service ever everything was brought out at separate times. We were receiving our entrees before everyone had there appetizers. None of us ate at the same time. The food was mediocre at best and over priced!

I found the food here to be quite disappointing, and the woman at the front wasn't very courteous either. You can get much better Chinese food at the food court for a lot less money! Everything seemed overpriced. Additionally, they charge an 8% service fee for takeout?! Overall, I would give the food a rating of 1 out of 5.

Seated timeley then everything went downhill from there. We were a party of 5 the worst service I have ever experienced. Nothing was brought out to our table at the same time. People at our table were receiving dinner orders and others still waiting on appetizers. No organization what so ever. Will never go there again stay away View menu

The food was served at different times, and everything seemed extremely overpriced. We waited 45 minutes for four meals in what was basically an empty restaurant. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and flavorless. When we brought our concerns to the waiter, she largely brushed off our complaints. I wish I could say I actually ate here. It always smells good. My issue is being completely ignored even though 5 employees looked directly at me and turned away to do something else. There were about 15 +tables empty I was the only one in line and waited about 10 minutes then walked out.With so many similar reviews and issues others have had, I 'm surprised Wind Creek will continue to tolerate the selectiveness from this restaurant.NEVER again!!! We arrived at the restaurant and was seated promptly. We waited for approximately 5 minutes before waiter came to table. We ordered an adult beverage. Ordered are meal and dumplings. The dumplings tasted fine but found several bones from the meat inside. My beef stew soup had something other than beef in it. It looked like a lot of fat and intestines. Had no flavor. . The 2 meat and rice dish was ok but still had minimal flavor. I highly would think twice on eating here.

Well we waited for a long time, finally sat down, ordered our food, my husband got his but i didn't get mine. We waited for a while, thinking they were just busy, and we never saw our waitress again. We tried to get 2 others attention but they zoomed right by us. Finally a different server came by to give us the check and apologized for the mistake, fixed the check, we paid and left because the concert was about to start. So i ate when I got home. Wish i could tell you how the food was.
