Great place! The food is really solid, and big portions. Nothing too fancy, but everyone there has been so friendly and all our orders have been great.

Great experience, menu choices, and delicious food. The server was very knowledgeable and resourceful. The management kept the place well organized, decorated and clean.

I ordered takeout from this place and it was great for the price! The only downside was that there was sauce at the bottom of the takeout container. Other than that, the food was delicious! View menu

I usually love this place! Lately, though, I have been less than satisfied with my food. It's like they changed the recipe to the Teriyaki sauce or something! My husband always says his hibachi style tastes the same. They have better veggies than most every hibachi place of their kind, for sure.

I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash and it was extremely disappointing and disgusting. There were hairs in my bang bang shrimp and even in the bag itself! The lack of attention to food presentation was evident and it was unhygienic. Despite ordering hibachi, there was a lack of seasoning and it seemed like they just cooked it on the grill with oil. Additionally, we ordered chicken and steak hibachi but only received chicken, not a single piece of steak. I will not be giving them my business again!

Firstly, I give 2 stars because my waitress was very kind and did her job well. Otherwise, the food was overall awful. I first ordered the coconut curry shrimp. I got chicken instead and all I could taste was the curry with just a hint of coconut. The curry was so overwhelming that I couldn't eat it. I had to get the waitress to bring me a new dish which was sesame shrimp. The sesame shrimp was fine, but the broccoli was ice cold. The customer service here was horrible! I’ve been going here for years and had my first bad experience today. I placed a phone order and after placing the order immediately called back to make a change to the order. I was told that the order had been placed and would not be changed at this point. I figured when I went into the restaurant they would be more understanding but instead was greeted with an attitude, by the woman working the front counter. She was unwilling to do anything to help even though it would have only cost them $4 to fix the order all while talking down to me and being extremely rude. I love Japanese food and have eaten at Japanese restaurants in many states, including those with the hibachi shows. Chopsticks Japanese restaurant entrees are more delicious, have more generous portions, and are more affordable than most.I get two or three meals from the hibachi chicken entree that I typically order. The owners are involved in all aspects of the business, from cooking, to serving, to hosting. They handle special orders perfectly, always serve with a smile, and always let you know that they appreciate your business.They are a true 5-star restaurant. I have been coming to this great locally owned restaurant for over 2 years. With so many new people moving to the area I figured this would be a good time to leave a review.I do a mix of dine in and takeout every. I get food from here almost every week.Like the many reviews before mine have stated:The food is really good and always tastes fresh.
