"EDIT: within a couple hours of the original review I received a call from Chris explaining a few things and taking responsibility for what was apparently a fiasco of a night after launching their 'text program '. We were issued a store credit (without asking) and an apology. I can appreciate him reaching out and fixing things, I 'm an advocate for local businesses and the food there has always been high quality. We 've been getting food from here for a couple years, the food is great. Delivery has always been a bit slow, but we make sure to order considerably ahead of time. Last Friday, it took MORE THAN 2 HOURS for the food to be delivered, when the expected delivery was less than an hour. We live 9 minutes away. We had a 10$ off coupon that didn 't work online and couldn 't get through to anyone over the phone. I put in the notes on the order that it didn 't work. When the delivery driver came he just handed over the food and turned around and left. No mention of the incredible wait time or anything about the coupon. I left a review on the order afterwards and gave the business 4 days to respond before deciding to post this. We won 't be returning."
