"I was so ready to give this place a really high review. The cheese balls appetizer was delicious and they give a generous portion. I ordered the mac and cheese burger with a side of their endless fries. I tried the fries first and enjoyed then thoroughly. Next was the burger... bland as all could be. Real shame too. The mac and cheese was bland and had horrible texture. The patty had no seasoning at all. I think if I came back another night, we might have a 5 star review but as it stands, I can't give it more than 3 today."

This is the best restaurant I've been to in years. We stopped in for breakfast. The food was reasonably priced, delicious, fresh, and lots of it. The wait time was very low and the waitress was friendly and attentive. If you're driving through Iowa it's well worth your stop to pull off the interstate by Adair and try this restaurant.

Great stop off I80! Relaxing atmosphere, very clean place, sat us down and we had our food pretty quickly! Bathrooms are very clean also. My husband said his tenderloin $14) was the best one he's ever eaten he eats them a lot) and my philly steak $15) was very good. Prices were reasonable considering the amount of food received. My only complaint is that the fountain soda was $5. That seems unreasonably high to me for 16oz of drink. I'll get water next time.
