"I came in alone while my rented Tesla was charging in the parking lot. Thought I'd get some queso and a coke at the bar. Host kid said the bar had no spots, meanwhile there were only 2 people at the bar and many open bar stools and a bartender leaning there looking bored. 2 families were waiting to be sat. So the genius takes me to a booth that could have sat a waiting family of 4 and, instead, sat me. Lol all I wanted was to watch some the game. As with everything these days, food and ambiance are good and employees are out of it."

Dog friendly so we went... Anyone who knows anything about Colorado knows you need shade. Their tables do not have umbrellas!! Had to leave. Can't say I've EVER seen tables outside at a restaurant without umbrellas!

Came here for lunch with the fam. Greatly impressed both with the food and the service. The in-house sauces are delicious. Our server was extremely welcoming and friendly. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and offered great suggestions as this was our first time.

The restaurant has a cafeteria vibe, but with a full bar and prices typical of a full-service restaurant. The food is quite ordinary, with the ground beef in the tacos and chimichangas lacking any flavor. Our dinner for a family of four was nearly $100, and we won’t be returning.

I absolutely love the opportunity to sample all the different sauces with the chips, and the staff is incredibly nice about it! All the sauces are delicious. The food is fantastic, and the tres leches cake is simply divine! I also appreciated the three different prayers wrapped around the silverware. View menu

Great tex-mex! A family favorite for sure! I went yesterday and it was the best service I?ve received yet! They got our order shortly after we were seated. And they our food out in about 15 minutes! Our waitress was so kind, and helpful! They always have great service but it?s been even better than normal recently!

Amazing food and drinks. We were missing Chuy's after moving from Texas I know... . Service was great, food came out hot and delicious. Chips fresh and the salsa and creamy jalapeno....oh my So glad to have Chuy's nearby. Our only complaint playing loudish hip hop ? music.Parking: Tricky to get in due to road construction.

Our waiter was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the entrée selections and was attentive to our needs throughout our visit. The food was tasty and priced lower than similar restaurants in the area. I highly recommend trying Chuy's with your entire family. This is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I?ve ever been to in my life. They have the best chips and dip and salsa. Their chicken flautas are crispy, hot and fresh. The chicken and beef are very flavorful and all the sides are perfect. The tres leches cake is probably the best I?ve ever had anywhere. Lots of seating and a great environment. Very friendly and quick service. Would definitely come back here again!

Was gonna be 4 stars but Jaylah was amazing! The food was so so so good. I recommend asking for the boom boom sauce (it 's kinda like broccoli and cheese but I don 't think it 's broccoli idk what it is). Still, amazing. The salsa is spicy and delicious but the creamy jalapeno will be in my dreams tonight. You gotta try this place if you like burritos and chips or good food in general. My only suggestion is i wish they gave us a plastic bag to carry all the fun sauces and chips that they sent us home with.
