Chuy's - Menu

Emma, our server, was fantastic. She could trade wise cracks and jokes with my husband without skipping a beat. She kept our drinks full and asked us how we liked our meal or if we needed anything without being a bother. The food was good and the portions were tremendous.

First time dining here and really like it. we had a late lunch after attending graduation for our daughter at UT Chattanooga. No line and got right in. Service was great. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was good. Would definitely come back next time we are in Chattanooga.Food: 5/5

This is our first time here and the salsa was good the rice was good but the chimichanga was over fried kind of hard and I asked them to put the rice and beans inside nope they couldn't do that and no cheese on top I don't know what this runny cheese thing is about out here what happened to regular cheese View menu

Salsa had bubbles in it so I was afraid to eat it. Enchiladas had about a tablespoon of cheese in it. Cheese had no flavor and the tortilla was chewy. Much smaller portions than we are used to getting at Mexican restaurants. However the creamy jalapeño sauce was delicious. The waitress was super sweet too.

I just had Chuy’s cater a meal for our ministry. We ordered 50-Elvis Memorial Dinners. They delivered the food on time. Went through the order and all the sides with us. The food was absolutely amazing everyone loved it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone the price was reasonable, the service was phenomenal, all around a great meal.

Me and my boyfriends first time being here and we enjoyed it, great service the greeter was very sweet and welcoming great hospitality i wish we couldve got her name but she was amazing too. After becoming an introvert due to covid, I am trying to go out more and eat inside. The hostess sat me in the middle of a crowded room and I asked the waiter if I could move to a booth away from people after I explained the situation. He had no issue with it even though it wasn't in his section. He made sure he went out of his way to be my waiter. He let me take my time ordering, helped me decide which is the best meal to eat, never rushed me at all and checked on me throughout my meal even though it wasn't his section! Food was amazing and tasted great. However, the menu layout is confusing, particularly the children 's section. The kids meal area says the meal includes a free drink and dessert and then lists two desserts right next to the kids meals. When I ordered my daughters meal, I said that I 'd like the churros for her dessert. The waitress didn 't tell me until we paid that the free dessert was a push pop. I had assumed, since the desserts were in the same box as the kids meals, that maybe she 'd just get a smaller portion of it or something, but we instead got charged full price and didn 't even get her push pop. Worst restaurant experience EVER! My wife and I went to Chuy’s for lunch today with 3 of our grandchildren. My wife and I just had an appetizer, so we ordered two take out orders to have for dinner. When we got home, 25 minutes away, we discovered that both of the meals were missing enchiladas as well as missing the beans and rice on both of the orders. We had also ordered a 16 oz queso and they only gave us an 8 oz. We called and spoke with Jonathan, who said he was one of the managers. He offered to reimburse our meal, but then said he couldn’t even find our ticket number in the system.
