"I go to the west location and it's a totally different vibe(much better). There were like 4 people in the whole restaurant and it took her 15 minutes to help us then she got snotty because we asked to see a menu because I didn't have my phone. She sure let me know that they have a menu but you need to use a phone to get to it with an attitude so anyways my friend orders I order and I plainly go I would like chicken wings with no sauce can I have ranch and Baja on the side and she goes original and I go No sauce on the wings on the side please.. So I get my wings a few minutes later and this is not the cook's fault but she slaps down the food and I look at it and I'm like ma'am I want it without sauce that's why I came here to have original wings without sauce and she goes our original wings have sauce on them and I'm like that's not what I told you though I told you I don't want sauce on anything put it on the side. She copped a big attitude like she was right I was wrong I let it go and just said I didn't want it and she went back gave the cook an air foal about me totally Snoddy as hell and we will never ring our football games there or are baseball teams to this place anymore cause of Mercedes'snotty attitude. Is this a place people come work when they can't strip anymore. Maybe why the guy before me was trying to walk out on his bill because of our attitude who knows I'll never be back there again to deal with her ever Have a great life being rude to people working at chewy's"

This was terrible. It's sad and laughable how bad the food was. Wings were shooting with vinegar, I took a bite and could not even touch the rest. Frozen chicken tenders, glue like cheese nachos with dry chicos meat. The chicken tacos had a funky taste and the shrimp just tasted wrong to eat. It was all very off and lacking color. Everything looked so pale and sad.

I absolutely love the wings at Chuy's. I might be a bit biased since I worked at the Moorpark location during high school when it first opened over 30 years ago (it's hard to believe it's been that long!). I started as a waiter but ended up washing dishes because of my long hair. Regardless, the people may have changed, but the food remains fantastic, and I still enjoy it. I typically kick off my meal with an order of wings, followed by the Killer Chicken and Tri-Tip combo. I had that recently, and it was just as delicious as I remembered.
