"I called in for take out placed order and asked for marinara sauce. Got there ask for order at first they brought me 2 pizzas when I said I had 4. Then they bring me the other 2. Checked them they were good. Then I said I want to pay for one of them on a seperate ticket and the other 3 on another. I stood there for about 10 minutes meanwhile line behind was growing. The girl didn't seem to know what she was doing and then another guy came and couldn't figure out what to do. In the meantime I asked for marinara sauce then he said their charging me for it. So I said fine well then they brought me 1 small container of sauce for 4 pizzas. Ridiculous for that small thing and having to wait so long shouldn't have charged me for that. I thought they were giving me a big container that's why I was being charged. Basic communication is key and also understanding what I'm asking for which they didn't."

Jake, the manager, really took care of me and helped me. This is a great team and Jake is doing a great job at the lead. Thank you. Jake, few customer-oriented managers today. Great work.

When it comes to Cicis Pizza, this location stands out as one of the better ones I've visited. Unlike many others, they still offer some games for the kids, and the buffet was fully stocked at noon. No complaints here. Food: 4/5

This is definitely the best one I've been to in this area. They still serve a good range of pizzas on the buffet. The place could use some work to make it look better, but the staff seem to work hard to keep it clean and healthy. View menu

This restaurant is absolutely the best I've visited in the area. They offer a great variety of pizzas at the buffet. While the decor could use some improvement, the staff puts in a lot of effort to maintain cleanliness and ensure a healthy environment.

Just got some bread here from the buffet line and it had hair tried to bring it to the attention of the manager and he said it’s a public buffet nothing I can do about it. The manager’s name is Zack. He gave us some coupons for $2 off. After we spent $61.04 here. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you like hair in your food.

We loved it, entire family got so full for a great price! Went a bit before dinner, at 4 o clock on a Wednesday, so we weren't sure if pizza would be very fresh for the time. Well they were! And very delicious. Also ordered the naked wings and they were great too. Almost ordered extra to try some with sauce. We love this location. Pepperoni with jalapeno is always out and always fresh! We absolutely loved it! The whole family left feeling very full, and it was a great value for the price. We arrived for an early dinner at 4:00 on a Wednesday, so we were a bit concerned about the freshness of the pizza, but it turned out to be fresh and incredibly tasty! We also ordered the naked wings, which were fantastic as well. We almost tried something with sauce, but we'll save that for next time. This place has become a favorite of ours. The pepperoni and jalapeño pizza is a must-try—it's always hot and fresh!

I placed a takeout order and requested marinara sauce. When I arrived, they first handed me two pizzas instead of the four I ordered. After pointing it out, they brought the other two, which were good. I then asked to pay for one pizza on a separate ticket and the other three on another. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes while the line behind me grew, as the staff seemed confused and unsure how to handle it. When I asked again for marinara sauce, I was told there would be a charge. I accepted, but they only gave me one small container for all four pizzas, which felt ridiculous given the wait and the size. I expected a larger portion since there was an extra charge. Overall, the experience...

"Our family has been ordering home delivery from this 54th Street location for over a year now and we have never had an issue with delivered food. My kids love the street kid burgers and waffle fries. Other household favorites include the burgers, steaks, gyro, and gringo dip. We've eaten at location twice. The location is about what you would expect from current day sports leaning bars. Lots of TVs, especially around the bar, an eclectic mix of memorabilia on the walls, and Americana leaning music, mostly country and classic Rock with the random top 40 from fifteen years ago mixed in.The first time the service was good. There was a slight mix up when our steak came out and I received another customer's well done steak, and he received my medium steak. The server noticed the mix up immediately and took both steaks back immediately. We were a few tables apart under the same server in the same section. Mistakes happen, the steak was re made, and it turned out tasty. Slight inconvenience but overall the food was good, service was excellent, and there was nothing to complain about. The manager came by and apologized all over himself, but we assured him everything was okay, that it was just a mistake, etc. We were not unhappy at all and the manager was very apologetic. Our must recent trip we were seated under a very attentive server. She took our order promptly, made sure we always had drinks more than half full on the table, and was very quick to remedy any minor issues. Unfortunately the quality of the steak on this trip was just not good. I'm not sure if the restaurant has made any alterations to the recipes being used to prep meat in the kitchen, but there was an overwhelming, unpleasant smoke flavor to the steak. I hesitated to send the steak back, but the server insisted another steak be cooked. I do not like to send food back, I apologized for inconveniencing her and the kitchen, but the smoke flavor was so overwhelming the steak was really inedible. When the steak was replaced it was cooked closer to order temperature and the flavor was a little less smokey, but still undesirably strong. It was good enough to eat most of and we took the leftovers home. After warming the remainder to eat at home it was quite rare on the end that was left uneaten in the restaurant. The steak was ordered medium and after reheating at home there were dark red areas in the middle of the steak. The overall texture was also not great, nearly like it was steamed and the sear was non existent. The server was, again, awesome. She apologized, informed the manager, discussed a course of action with the kitchen, and did her best to make it right. But at the end of the day the steak was just disappointing. I had hoped the manager would stop by so I could ask what changed regarding the steak preparation, but at no point did he stop by our table. Gringo dip was still great, my husband enjoyed his gyro, but the steak was a giant disappointment.Overall, despite the great service, the food being sub par at a restaurant (and in this economy) makes me think we should try another local steak and burger joint. : sad to say because we had really grown to like this place."

"For our anniversary dinner, which we had booked weeks in advance, we were seated at a cramped and noisy bar table. The only acknowledgment of our special occasion came from the host. We ordered the market price for a pound of crab, only to find that I received perhaps three ounces of meat from a single claw. Their response to our dissatisfaction was a mere $25 refund. I've never felt so disregarded, even at chain restaurants. My husband and I enjoy discovering new places to celebrate our anniversary, and we'd been eager to try Urban Grill. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found our reservation table was a small bar top for two, which I dislike, especially on such an occasion. Despite this setback, we tried to make the best of it. The host acknowledged our anniversary, but that was the last notable gesture. Our server Debra was friendly and attentive, and the food was indeed good. My husband enjoyed the lamb and the "little piggy" drink. I ordered the surf and turf, featuring filet and Alaskan king crab. While the filet was excellent and perfectly cooked, the crab was disappointing—just one long claw with maybe 2-3 ounces of meat. The sides were delicious, and we enjoyed the apple fritters and crème brûlée as well. However, when we received the bill, my surf and turf cost $105. The filet itself was listed at around $39, meaning we paid over $60 for a meager amount of king crab. For the same price elsewhere, I've had far larger portions. The market price for crab is listed at $69.99 for a full serving, so it felt like we were charged an excessive markup. In summary, while the food was tasty, the steep prices, uncomfortable seating, and lack of meaningful acknowledgment for our anniversary left us unimpressed. Unfortunately, due to these factors, we won’t be returning."
