"A large group went to La Tequileria for dinner and a tequila tasting. The tequila that was served was unbelievable. The selection, the presentation and the service were all top notch. The food (especially the ceviche tostada and the tacos) was unbelievable. The atmosphere was fantastic .... and there's live music as well. Overall a perfect night. Thanks to our server, Lexi, and the host, David, for a great evening. A great find in the Western suburbs of Chicago!! "I loved everything. My wife and I dine in Elmhurst often, and had passed by your restaurant many times. This time I made a point of coming there and am happy that did so. The wait staff was attentive and our waitress delightful. She explained everything,did not rush us, timed everything so food does not get cold, and made us feel very welcome. The menu was great. It hadeverything that one would want on a single page. We came for steak and seafood, and got exactly that. Seafood was preparedunique and deliciously, and filet was done as ordered. Although the wine menu was impressive, we opted for a spicy Margarita,which was done perfectly. Though the lighting was romantic, tables had small lights on them that made it perfect. They hadthought of everything. All together, we found a new favorite place in Elmhurst and I recommend it to all. You wont bedisappointed."

"We were eager to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. It took a long time for the hostess to even notice that we were waiting for a table. There are multiple entrances, and we came in through the bar area, where we ended up standing around for quite a while. We tried asking a busy waitress for assistance, but she told us to wait. When the hostess eventually appeared, she informed us that we would need to wait another 10 minutes. After standing around for nearly half an hour, we decided to leave. There was no one else waiting for a table, and we were just a party of three. Perhaps takeout is the better option here?"

"The food is decent, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We placed a takeout order, and even after waiting 30 minutes, the food was not ready. This has happened to us several times; we arrive at the time they promise, only to find our order still isn't prepared. After two experiences of waiting much longer than promised, we’ve decided not to return for a third."

"The service at this restaurant was fantastic and the sushi was excellent. I ordered the Sushi Deluxe, which was supposed to contain 10 pieces of Nigiri and 6 pieces of California Roll. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived with 11 pieces of Nigiri instead. It was a nice touch. I especially enjoyed the California Roll and the shrimp Nigiri. The order also came with soup and edamame, which were delicious."
