Fast good service very friendly staff. Food was good too. Much, much better option than chipotle other similar “fast food” Mexican restaurants.

If you want the best burritos in town, look no further than Cilantro Taqueria! Whenever I'm in the area, I make sure to stop by and grab some delicious food.

Good food, margaritas, and pretty fast service. My only complaint is their rewards system. I'd tried using them a couple times and was told the system was down or I'd need to use the same card from my first purchase. I then showed a code one day and they said it was accepted, however my card was still charged the total amount. Not to mention my rewards were still taken out of the system.

Ordered from here today for the first time and what a HUGE disappointment. Missing a whole meal, then the two meals that I did get were pretty much ice cold and my steak taco was made incorrectly. For the price this should not have been a horrible experience, $50 for three meals overpriced for the quality of food that you're getting. I did get my dessert which was a tres leches cake and it was disgusting, had to throw it out! ???????????? Needless to say that I will not eat here ever again! View menu

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and my order was prepared exactly as I wanted. I was grateful that they offered to open my soda bottle for me since I was on my lunch break and didn't have a way to do it myself. The menu had a nice variety of food and drinks to choose from, including the delicious Jamaica tea and tamarind soda. I loved that I could add queso and guacamole for an extra fee, as they were both tasty additions. This is definitely my go-to spot for Mexican food.

Horrible!!!! Ever since the old crew left this new crew is nasty as hell, There I was the only person standing there at the counter, not one other person at the counter but me and I’m completely ignored. Then this frowning nasty face man stands there and doesn’t address me at all. He waits till the second set of people come, and he goes right over to them!!! I’m going to tell him I’m standing right there ready to order and he tells me he’s gonna finish with her first and then he’ll come back to me. I am very glad that a local business is able to thrive and open a new location in an area that lost exactly what Cilantro Taqueria has to offer. I feel like the city of Cleveland (and its suburbs) could benefit from more local chains. The food is a little pricier than your average made to order Mexican chain. Though the quality is more authentic, it could be a little more flavorful. I had to really sauce up my burrito as a lot of ingredients weren?t as seasoned as I thought they?d be. But? I guess it?s to allow everyone to eat, especially those with health issues as a reaction to salty or spicy flavors.
