The rolls are delicious! Super soft and fluffy. They offer a variety of really good coffees and will allow you to make adjustments to orders and sometime customize your drinks! They offer masks and sanitizer if you need it. Very friendly staff.

Love me some cinnabon! Although most locations are closed near me I was able to locate this one in Hattiesburg; which is an hour and half away from me. I had an oral surgeon appointment there so why not drive by. The gentleman waiting on us was very pleasant helpful. As always the cinnamon roll was awesome! Even brought a 4 pack to go. Love it just wish they had a location closer!!

If I could give a zero rating, I would. When my friend and I visited the shopping center, we decided to get Cinnabon. While we were in line, we overheard some young people laughing and making remarks at the cash register about us. It turned out they were "fat shaming" my friend, which completely ruined her day and hurt her feelings. Their behavior was incredibly childish and immature. View menu

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the extremely rude staff. When I inquired if the last piece of the roll was fresh, I was told, “It is fresh all day.” I asked again and received the same response. Then, when I asked how long it had been cooked, once again I got the reply, “It is fresh all day.” Accepting this, I went ahead and purchased it. I also requested extra cinnamon, as I noticed a large bowl of it just sitting unused outside. The staff member looked at the bowl and dismissively said, “I’m afraid I can’t do that,” leaving me without anything to eat it with!

I would like to say how disgusted I am with this establishment after my child (SEVEN YEARS OLD)was refused service today because she wasn't wearing a mask. I think it is absurd to force anyone into doing that but to force a child is another level of stupid I hadn't seen until now. She was offered a mask that sat in a box that everyone else in the mall had touched and handled and not one employee was wearing gloves, which I feel should be worn by anyone handling food and between each transaction but even more so if you feel you may be spreading a deadly virus.
