"I've ordered from this restaurant a couple of times now. The first order was decent, but I found it quite expensive for the amount of ice cream. The medium size had the same amount of ice cream as the small. On the plus side, it was delicious and delivered promptly. However, my second order was much more disappointing. I ordered the coffee lovers flavor without almonds, as I really dislike them. Unfortunately, the ice cream was packed with almonds! I called the Southborough location, and the young woman who answered was very pleasant. She confirmed that I had indeed ordered it without almonds, but when I explained the issue, she fell completely silent. This order cost over $40, and my first order was over $50. When I expressed that it seemed unfair to pay so much for something I don’t like, the only response I got was, “Sorry, there’s nothing I can do about it.” For that reason, I won’t be placing any more orders with Cold Stone! Sincerely, Mick."

The restaurant does not allow customers to use the restroom and has a misleading sign hanging that claims it's "out of order." The customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this location.

Great ice cream, great staff, but their sundaes already try to melt over the cups, that are sized slightly too small for the portions, before even leaving the premises. My car remembers the goop that I had to clean up from years past.

Terrible experience! I spent $40 on three ice cream dishes, and they barely had any toppings. One of the dishes even came without whipped cream, which you have to pay extra for. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. Save your money! View menu

The ice cream is delicious, but the service during pick-up was very disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and did not greet customers, and they were also serving people out of order. There's a reason to order ahead, and it's frustrating to still have to wait 15 minutes for your order upon arrival.

This restaurant is always fantastic, and I will definitely order from them again. However, there were some issues with this particular order. One item had the wrong ice cream flavor, and the other, the apple pie, had peanut butter mixed in as if the scooper had just scooped up peanut butter right before. Still, it's a great place, despite the ordering errors.
