Just received my chocolate peanut butter fudge pint. It tastes like an ASHTRAY. I believe the icecream IS RANCID. Called and left a message. Sharing here so no one gets ill eating this.

The staff here are exceptionally friendly! I had a wonderful experience, and the ice cream is delightful—especially on a warm day! This place is truly amazing, thanks to the fantastic team!

If I could give a worse review, I definitely would! I drove 13 minutes to treat myself and my kids, then returned home to enjoy our treats. However, when I opened the ice cream, I found a long black curly hair in it! View menu

they were so helpful! i had to go back and forth with doordash bc they canceled my order and the lady that helped me gave me all of the information that i needed and even kept me updated when . the new dasher came! by far the best ice cream in va beach as well! they always give you the most bang for your buck

I’m still here on January 25, 2022, and the girl working the night shift alone is truly outstanding! She’s not only quick with taking our orders, but also incredibly professional and friendly. If she’s on the night shift, I’d come here every evening. Miss Amaya has impressed us from the moment we arrived. I give it a perfect 10/10!

This is my favorite ice cream shop in town! However, there are frequently long lines. The staff doesn’t always appear very enthusiastic and occasionally miss simple orders. It can come off as a bit chaotic, but the ice cream is always delicious. I’m excited to try an ice cream cake and cupcake on my next visit. Overall, it’s a good experience! View menu

HORRIBLE STAFF. Poor management. The employees were so rude and not helpful. Took 30 min for 10 people to get ice cream in front of me. I was still waiting on one ice cream, and the girl took her gloves off and went to the back and was standing around. Iwaived her down to ask where my other ice cream was, and she pointed at me and said ?I know what you want? and rolled her eyesand whispered to the other staff about me. I am so respectful and patient. These employees do not care about having a job atall. I never write reviews, but do not waste your time to go here.

During my recent visit on April 28 around 7 PM, I found the staff's service to be quite disappointing. When I inquired about the available mix-ins, they merely pointed to the area without offering any further assistance. I requested my ice cream to-go, and while they handed it to me, I could feel their annoyance. I don't often write reviews, but I believe it's important for the manager to be aware of how poorly I was treated by the staff. I was there with my children, and I always try to maintain a respectful demeanor. All I needed was a little guidance on how the process worked, but instead, I was met with unfriendly expressions and an unhelpful attitude.
