"My son wanted a birthday cake from this place and they messed it up. The cake looked like a TODDLER got a hold of red icing and decorated it! OMG!! The icing was runny and unappetizing! I thought that the young girl knew what she was doing, she got red icing all over my sons cake that we paid $50 for. I asked beforehand before handing her the cake and she confidently said that she can decorate it with Happy Birthday. Never Again! I could tell she messed up because it was all over the cake plastic cover too! She didn't even bother to clean it up or wipe it off. Don't waste your money here, you will be disappointed. This is closer to my house, but I'd rather drive to another Cold Stone than waste money at this location. The place also looked dirty and the tables were really sticky."

The main problem was the cockroach that marched across the table where I set the ice creams down. Pretty gross!

This is the most unpleasant place I've ever been to. I witnessed rats scurrying around right in front of me inside the restaurant!

The server was friendly but this location is very dirty. The counters were not clean, the floors, the tables...everything was dirty.

By far the best ice cream place. Their cake batter and chocolate ice cream is very creamy and high quality. It’s slightly pricey though. View menu

This place is great! They have awesome customer service, and the best part is some of them are bilingual!!!!!! I might be lactose intolerant but this ice cream place makes me forget about it.

Lexi really made my evening! She prepared my shake just the way I like it. I tend to have a complicated order since I prefer my shakes thick and enjoy mixing different flavors, but she totally nailed it. After having one of the worst days ever, her friendly and non-judgmental attitude completely turned my night around. Thank you, Lexi—you’re amazing!

First, the doors were locked @8:40 when we got there when the hours that r posted r 9:00. Second, none of the employees were wearing a glove to serve ?. They were wiping their hands on their aprons and touching their hair while serving customers. The ice cream was all melted. and lastly the service was horrible. No one of the employees wanted to be there or help anyone one. View menu

The ice cream was enjoyable, but I found it concerning that the staff didn't wear hair nets or gloves while handling food. Additionally, I noticed that Cold Stone no longer weighs items before ringing them up like they used to. I'm perfectly fine with paying a premium, but I expect to receive the right quantity for my money. It shouldn't just be a matter of filling a cup and putting a lid on it. I want to feel confident that I'm getting what I’m paying for.

"My wife and I had been trying to go to dinner here for about a year but kept having to cancel plans or couldn't get a reservation when we were available. Finally went this past weekend and we were not disappointed. The outside of the building is beautiful but doesn't do justice to the inside. That ambiance is comfortable, warm, and inviting. It is rustic but clean and modern at the same time. As a side note, even tho the music outside was loud and crazy, you cannot hear it at all when inside the building. The food was just delicious and totally worth the expense. We were both very happy with our meals and the entire experience. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but just ask the server to be very clear.Dietary restrictions: The menu appears to be pretty diverse and has lots of options. This is not a gluten-free establishment though, but if you call ahead and request special accommodations they may help you out.Parking: They do have valet parking, but if you don't want to deal with that there is plenty of parking. However when Farm Brew is busy there is likely not going to be enough spaces in the actual parking lot, but there is overflow parking galore. You just might have to walk a little farther than you want.Kid-friendliness: There were a few kids at this place but it's not really meant for kids. It's a fancy restaurant so keep that in mind. Kids can be accommodated but there isn't a kids menu and they won't appreciate the quality of the food anyway so get a babysitter and leave them at home!Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance is on the first floor with a flat entrance area that can easily accommodate wheelchairs. Additionally there is an elevator inside so getting to the second floor for seating is not going to be an issue."
