"This restaurant is like a pasta factory combined with a fun dining experience. It offers the best pasta in Macomb County, and I can't rave about it enough! I've visited twice now, and both times were fantastic. On my last visit, I indulged in five different dishes, and every single one was delicious. Yes, I know it sounds excessive, but I was with my partner JR, who is just as enthusiastic about food, and he sampled a bit of each dish too. He actually arrived after I had already placed my order and had no idea what to expect! The restaurant is cozy, with just three or four tables, creating a laid-back, fast-casual atmosphere. It’s also a place where you can buy pasta, ravioli, and lasagna to take home and impress your friends, making it feel gourmet! I discovered this hidden gem thanks to my friend GJon, who couldn't stop talking about it. He even tried to persuade me to open a restaurant using their pasta and sauce, believing it would be a hit. Overall, this place is fantastic, and you should definitely give it a try. For me, the spicy rigatoni was outstanding, the meatballs are incredible, and the lasagna? Forget about it! The owner is from back home and makes sure you feel warmly welcomed. With excellent service and amazing food, it's a must-visit. Enjoy!"

"Local place to my home in Washington township. Figured I?d give it a try, being that it was an ?Italian? restaurant. Thought I would ignore the 4.1 stars and give it a try. Service was lackluster at best. The bartender was not attentive at all. Neverreally completed in one task at a time. Not for nothing, after being in Italy and having traveled the world; this food was thecomplete opposite of ?Italian cuisine?. The bread wasn?t warm and the ?marina? sauce was cold. For the appetizer I tried thevegetable minestrone soup. Was a bit bland. The chicken parmigiana was a greasy disaster of a frozen chicken patty made byTyson. The ?marinara sauce? had the consistency of Heinz ketchup and was bland. Didn?t finish the meal. For $30 and the servicedon?t waste your time."

"we stopped by chance. this area is not our usual place to dinate. the service was excellent and the food was fresh and tasty. they know it's a great place to eat when it's a great place to work. the staff was fast, polite and smiling. the kitchen was busy and despite the requirements that can cause her big menu, the cook still sing during our meal. absolutely the place to eat when they are in the opposite and starving, the portions are huge!"

"A Sicilian friend told me this is not real Italian. We, however, decided to decide for ourselves after having read a positive review in The Detroit Free Press. Having lived in Italy, I have a high bar for what constitutes 'real Italian '. This restaurant fell short. We had to ask to be served water after having been seated for ten minutes or so. A short time later, the waiter brought my husband 's beer first and my sparkling water close to 7 minutes after that. We had to ask for bread which our waiter told us was in the oven. When he brought it to us it was certainly not out of the oven it was room temperature. I was assured my pasta would be al dente. It was mushy. I told the waiter as much when he asked how our meals were. He offered to have another plate made but I declined. He took away my food barely eaten. I ordered gnocchi to go and asked for it to be ready by the end of our meal. He told me 'no problem ', yet, we had to wait a good 10 minutes to get it. It was not good. If you don 't know Italian and are starving and in a bind, do not order any pasta if you 're picky. Otherwise, pass; it 's the equivalent of Olive Garden. I don 't know anyone who works at or owns this restaurant. I 'm writing this on my own volition based on my experience."

"I feel if i had to find this place on my own, i might miss it. It 's big enough, and the sign did it credit, but for some reason it didn 't stand it to me from the road as much as it should have. Once i got in, it reminded me of a 'nice ' upscale diner. Not really fancy, but not a bright light, linoleum floor hole in the wall either. The seating was nice, but could for with cloth napkins. The menu is also a bit eclectic. From salmon to Reubens, sandwiches and breakfasts, to Polish cuisine. My mother had been racing about the salmon, but that seemed a bit much for me for lunch. I opted for the fish and chips, my mother for the chicken quesadillas. Both were quite tasty and satisfying. Mine was battered, deep fried cod. Done perfectly. Tender white cod, fully cooked on the inside, and a golden brown, crispy, tasty exterior, with very little sign of oil, which means the vast temperature was correct, and the oil was not old. My fries were also crisp on the outside, and tender white inside. And also very tasty. No extra salt, ketchup, our vinegar was needed to complement. Their iced tea was also very good, and the rate at which the waitresses were refilling our coffee, tea, and water was excellent. The process also were reasonable. My only dislike was that I prefer a creamier coleslaw. They had a vinegar based one. It was good for what it was, but not my preference. On the all, in my brief encounter here, i think they could upgrade a bit, but for the restaurant it is, is give this one s try, if I were you. I was not disappointed in the least."
