This restaurant in Garner is a wonderful place to savor delicious ice cream. They really know how to do it perfectly!

I really enjoy this restaurant! My only wish is that they would offer outdoor seating options beyond just the public bench. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I visited Cold Stone last night and ordered the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection with a "Love It" size, but there wasn't enough to fill the entire cup. I'm really disappointed. I wanted to share a photo to show everyone, but I couldn't upload it. View menu

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a delightful aroma! The ice cream was fantastic! My daughter and I both ordered medium sizes, and we loved it. The ambiance was wonderful, and the staff welcomed us right away. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

Never had an issue before. Tonight we ordered what we always do regular chocolate ice cream with brownie mixed in and the ice cream itself had a weird taste. Like it wasn’t made well. I understand that hiring staff can be difficult, but that shouldn't affect the customer experience. Unfortunately, when we arrived 45 minutes before closing, the young employee seemed indifferent and showed little hospitality. Recently, I visited this restaurant and decided to order some ice cream. Unfortunately, the two women at the counter made sarcastic remarks about my choices, which made me feel judged. Their comments weren't as subtle as they thought and were clearly overheard by others nearby. I definitely won't be going back to this place. On top of that, the ice cream itself wasn't even that impressive.

Today, there were only two staff members at the restaurant. The man was occupied with another task, leaving the young lady to manage the orders on her own. It was evident that she was feeling overwhelmed as she was still learning the ropes. She accidentally served my tasty appetizers in a cup instead of a waffle bowl. I decided not to say anything because it was clear she was under a lot of pressure. I only noticed the mistake once I got to my car. On a positive note, I had asked for two extra items, and she got those right.

I don't usually write reviews, but I was very disappointed with the customer service here. My husband ordered a banana strawberry rendezvous, but they left out the banana and strawberries. When I brought it up, the young lady responded rudely, insisting that it was what he wanted. I pointed out that the description clearly states it should include bananas and strawberries. Instead of correcting the mistake, she handed me the toppings and said, "You add them." Um, no thank you! We will never be returning to this location again. View menu
