"I had a great experience on a date here for ice cream. Although it was quite busy and crowded when we arrived, the staff efficiently managed the long line and served everyone quickly. The employees were really polite and friendly, despite the high volume of orders. The store was well-maintained and had a relaxed atmosphere. The ice cream was of high quality and very fresh, and they were generous with the toppings we chose. My boyfriend tried the "Founder's Favorite" flavor, and we both enjoyed sharing that. I opted for chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips mixed in, and my toppings were incorporated perfectly. Additionally, they offer discounts for customers coming from the neighboring Tinseltown movie theater if you show your ticket stubs."

First time trying a waffle cone and I was not prepared for this monstrosity. They should have a photo or something to give you an idea of the size! The line moved quickly even with several people in front of me. The staff was quick and professional.

We had ice cream cake. We bought ice cream tub Everybody's size. We also bought Mocha Frepe Love it Size. The quality of ice cream is 5 star. Anton was very helpful and understood our vegetarian requirements. He showed us whole brochure of the ingredients list. This helped us in choosing what all we can it. I would definitely recommend this place.

My mom ordered a cake from this place for me since I had never tried one before, and the Dairy Queen cakes were a bit too expensive for our budget. I can confidently say I will be a lifelong customer now. Even though there was a small issue with the decorations (which they resolved by fully refunding my mom's order without any hassle), the cake was the highlight of the party! My husband and I recently went into this location for the first time since after he suffered a broken leg from a motorcycle accident. We planned ice cream and a movie that night! When we walked in we were greeted by a nice man named Aaron who prepared our dessert. He was very friendly, making conversation and by bringing out my husbands ice cream as I was preoccupied with mine when I went to pay he stated our ice cream was on the house! How sweet was he?! We thanked him and tipped, I told him I would definitely write a review on the generosity. We are Thankful for people like Aaron at cold stone in Pueblo!
