This is a great stop. The food is delicious, the service is wonderful and the beer is stellar! The bar is so cool.

I always try and stop here on my way through to CO/TX/NM. I haven't had a beer that I didn't like, the service is top notch (Greg) and the food is very good. A very nice gem in the town of Raton.

Wow amazing and unexpected experience here! Not only were the locals so welcoming and kind, the food, beer and service were 5 stars all around! I think the sandwich might have been the best I've ever had (Not exaggerating). Greg was our waiter and he was awesome. Will definitely return!

Good food all the drinks were cold you get waters before you order if that’s your thing the waitress was nice it was decorated and again the food was amazing and we even had a black little chihuahua like dog and the dog was very friendly for that breed he was kinda chubby but that added to the entire experience View menu

This is our go to stop when heading to Colorado. The beer and food is good but Greg is the best server and the reason we always come back. He always has a smile on his face and makes sure to take care of every customer. If you want to make a nice meal with excellent service then this is the place for you. Ps. Order the mini corn dogs. They aren't on the menu but the mustard is homemade and delicious.

Raton is a halfway stop for us on our roadtrips from Denver to ABQ. A place like Colfax Ale Cellar is the perfect watering hole for the whole family. They warmly welcomed our dog, toddler, and even our cat (who politely declined and stayed in the car) to dine and stretch our legs. Food is delicious, service is fantastic, and all patrons are friendly as can be. I highly recommend this fine establishment.

I went into the brewery with my boyfriend on February 24th, 2024. I didn't drink because I'm pregnant. We got there during a non-rush time. We chose a spot to sit and were one of two tables and one couple at the bar at the time. The server who also happened to be the bartender was nice however when it came for waiting for refills on our drinks, getting our bill and To-go containers for our food...we had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time because the bartender was too busy ignoring us and the others not seated at the bar, for the couple sitting at the bar. We were there for 2 hours and only had contact with her 3-4 times. We waited for about 30 minutes for her to take our food order wher... View menu
