They just sold be a old cooked cheese burger my food was disgusting very disappointing

My kids went to the store to buy 2 orders of mozzarella sticks. They got two 5 pc orders and the cashier charged them 12 bucks. In the menu it clearly has the prices and quantity. They should’ve gotten 8 pcs for 4.99 not 5 for 6.00…they even brought me the receipt. Stop stealing from kids!!

We often visit this place to pick up snacks. The service is consistently adequate, but we've noticed that the prices for the same item tend to vary. When there's a female cashier, we find ourselves paying more, while the prices drop when served by a male cashier. This inconsistency needs to be addressed.

It's not an overpriced ripoff deli like so many bodegas. This is a place people order dinner from, breakfast at all hours. One thing that impressed me was, I've been living here a couple years, I've come in with my kids and bought ice cream or a cool drink on a hot day the guy who works the register, he knows everyone he knows your face. If you're short 50 cents for what you put on the counter, he puts in the change himself and says, hit me back when you've got it. How many businesses run on trust like that? The staff behind the counter are extremely rude! My mother, who was feeling unwell, called Columbia Deli to request a delivery. The older gentleman with glasses told her to wait five minutes and call back. When she did, he told her to get off her couch and walk downstairs to pick it up, suggesting she needed the exercise—even though it was dark and late at night. I strongly advise against buying from this store! Their customer service is cold-hearted and unkind. Little do they know, we know the owner, and he won't support keeping staff who drive away customers and hurt his business. Terrible service!

I'm not exaggerating when I say that my experience today, March 5, 2022, at 1:40 PM, was quite disappointing. I was waiting patiently at the deli to order a chopped cheese sandwich. I stood there for a while, but the deli worker completely ignored me. Just as I was about to approach the register to place my order, a Latin customer came in and started speaking Spanish to the deli worker. Suddenly, I was overlooked. I know the deli worker understands English because I've ordered there before, so I'm not sure what happened. This experience felt extremely unfair and left me feeling disrespected. Open at all types of hours WITH THE GRILL AND TAKES CASH !!Delivery was quick and fresh this is my new favorite late night place.
