"When you see the name Coney Island, you think they should have really good coneys. Under that assumption we decided to try the place. We ordered some cheese coneys and a cheese tamale. We asked how big the drinks were, we were told 12 16 oz. So we added a couple of large drinks. Service was fast. The food however was disappointing coneys were bland, the only good part was the bread. The tamale was decent. Oh, the large drink was 32 oz. Might try it again at a different location, but not going out of my way to do so."

The chili was extremely greasy, and the baked potato was overcooked to the point of being mushy. I usually go to the 11th Street location, which is much better. Food rating: 3/5.

The food was served quickly and tasted great. However, $2 seems a bit steep for the small hot dogs you receive. You'll need to order at least three or more, which brings the total to around $6, not including chips and a drink. That's quite a bit for just hot dogs. Overall, I'd rate the food 4 out of 5.

It's the same old little wieners, no taste greasy chili, dried onions we ordered three chili cheese dogs and two tamales. The tamales were very good tasting but they were covered with all that cheese and that wasn't very good at all. I keep on going back to the original one at 21st and Garnet it's the only one that has decent taste in chili and real onions.
