"I've been wanting to try a coney island for a long time, but as someone who isn’t from Tulsa, I wasn't quite sure what the fuss was about. Everyone I spoke to said it was something you have to experience. I ended up visiting a location in Jenks, which is a Braum's, and here's my take on it. The inside of the restaurant has a bit of a quirky vibe (I guess the fish tank is supposed to represent the sea), and there was a sign mentioning Greek cuisine, but this particular place only serves coneys and drinks. I ordered three coneys while my wife opted for two. Unfortunately, I have to say the chili was pretty bland, and the hot dogs were quite flat. The prices are low, but you get what you pay for. Next time, I'm going to try the coney place in the Brady District and see if it's any better. If not, I might stick to other options!"

Food is kinda bland but is really cheap and the staff is more than friendly. Definitely a place to take a big group of kids for a quick, decent meal on a budget. Also the seating area is clean and well kept. No regrets checking it out.

This restaurant is not what it used to be when we visited with our son. They were out of tamales, and my husband was let down by the coneys. While some changes can be positive, certain things should remain the same until a better option is introduced.

This is clearly a former Braum's location that has been transformed into a Coney I-Lander. Do I love Coney I-Lander? Absolutely! Even the manager, who seemed a bit aloof, didn't affect my enjoyment of the hot dogs, chili, and cheese. The St. location is even better, but this one still does the job well.

This used to be a Braum's location before becoming a Coney I-Lander. Do I enjoy Coney I-Landers? Absolutely! Even the manager here, who doesn’t seem to smile, couldn’t dampen my spirits with three hot dogs topped with chili, cheese, and mustard. While the 11th Street location is still my favorite, this one is a solid choice. View menu

I'm going to start with the good things, the service at the drive thru is very fast the line seemed long but I only spent about 3 min total waiting in line. The prices are great, very cheap. it's a great place to get a quick, cheap, bite to eat. The fooditself is very lackluster, not great, but not horrible. Great bang for your buck.

The drive-thru attendant seemed completely over her job: she was curt and irritated. When I asked for ketchup, she only included one packet in the bag, and her nearly tossing the straw out the window almost prompted me to say something. Having worked in fast food service for ten years, I understand how tough the job can be, but if you're feeling this way about your customers, it might be time to find another place to work. I usually tip, but I didn't feel inclined to do so this time. I personally didn't do anything to deserve this kind of treatment, so it's disappointing to see such an attitude.

I've been wanting to try a Coney I-Lander for a while. Since I’m not a native Tulsan, I wasn’t sure what sets them apart. People I’ve talked to each recommend a different location as the best. I ended up trying the one in Jenks, which used to be a Braum’s. The interior is a bit odd—there’s a fish tank, which I guess is meant to represent the ocean? The sign mentions Greek food, but this spot only serves coneys and tamales. I ordered three coneys, and my wife had two. Honestly, the chili was bland and the hot dogs were plain. They’re cheap, but you get what you pay for. Next time, I’ll try the one in the Brady District to see if it’s any better. If not, I guess coneys just aren’t for me. View menu

I just had an incredibly disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, and I definitely plan to continue eating here, but I rarely leave reviews, and felt compelled to share this experience. I ordered two servings of the cheese coneys because I knew that ordering one would get me two coneys. However, the cashiers were extremely rude and insisted that they don’t sell them that way and that they come individually—despite the fact that one order actually includes two. I appreciate a polite correction when needed, and I'm all for it, but their attitude was uncalled for and condescending without any reason. I tried to be kind and expressed my gratitu...
