"Sad but true. Just sitting here wondering where my food is for last minutes!! Worst service I have ever seen. Don't come here. Saturn grill is close ... Just go there!! The food is better and so is the service!! The manager should be ashamed at how poorly this place is run!!"

noisy place. good food, but the acupuncture of the restaurant is terrible! I could hardly hear my companion and I'm not hard to hear!

You really have to credit Coolgreens for providing a fast casual healthy eatery with multiple locations throughout the metro that doesn't necessarily break

it's pretty great overall. Besides the kitchen, it's kind of a bit off. I'm just risking it now if the young child is in the kitchen with dark hair. If he's back there, it's pretty decent. View menu

It's overall pretty great. Except for the kitchen, it's kind of on and off. I only ever risk it now when there's that young kid with dark hair in the kitchen. When he's back there, it's pretty decent.

"We ate here during the Paseo Arts Festival. We initially tried to make a reservation using Open Table, but someone from the restaurant called me a few days later to inform me that Picasso Cafe was not taking reservations during the Arts Festival. We arrived at 12:15 pm and put in our names. Our party was called just before 1:00 pm. Fortunately, we had the Arts Festival to keep us busy while we waited. I ordered the chicken and avocado sandwich. It sounded good in the menu description -- seared chicken breast, avocado slices, swiss cheese, bacon, and bourbon honey mustard. However, I ordered it without the cheese because I have been to too many places where they do not know how to melt cheese on grilled sandwiches and I don't want to be a picky customer on my second visit to a restaurant. Anyway, it was difficult to hold the sandwich together. I ended up taking the avocado slices off of it so that there was enough friction for me to hold it together and eat it. The seared chicken breast was the best part, closely followed by complimentary lettuce and tomato (crisp and cold) and the honey mustard (good mix of sweet and tangy). I ordered the napa cabbage slaw for my side dish. It was served with a light dressing so that the cabbage stood out. This is not a slaw for people who prefer not to taste the cabbage. I would like to come back and try some more things. However, if I have the chicken sandwich again, I am going to leave out both the swiss cheese and the avocado. I would also like to see if they have a wheat bun because that would pair better with this mix of flavors and textures."
