"Update. Negatives: Expect several of the things you want to be out of stock no matter what time you arrive (sometimes I've even had better luck in the afternoons than at 9am since they stock during the day too), this has been an issue for awhile but got much worse after the city shut down and a lot of people started using online delivery. Instead of using warehouses to fill online orders, they have a dozen or more people do the shopping in the store, they take up a lot of space with their carts and tend to be very aggressive and inconsiderate. The checkout staff are still surly, again, I get working there probably sucks and many of the customers are spoiled, well off people, but it's still hard not to take it personal. I got around this using the self serve kiosks but they've been down for over a month, and the self serve kiosks seem like a good way to reduce potential coronavirus spread. The one way thing they implemented seems pointless and extra stress, the store isn't that crowded due to the limit they set and the aisle store layout doesn't smoothly flow like that, the Instacart store staff shoppers ignore it anyway. Not specific to this store, Whole Foods (Amazon) has not had anything on sale for weeks now. I used to shop buying mostly the on sale and store brand stuff, now shopping here is even more expensive, so I'm buying more from Food Town and Brooklyn Harvest. I'm also a prime member but haven't been able to order anything online for almost 2 months. Positives: They fixed the issue with the checkout chaos I mentioned before, stopped putting product sample kiosks in the busy narrow lane downstairs, they limit people inside to reduce the odds of catching coronavirus, high quality fresh fruits and vegetables for the most part, most products are well stocked (just some high demand things often aren't), and they provide plenty of hand sanitizing wipes."

Why are all the Whole Foods employees so miserable and nasty? Between the mean employees and the aggressive Instacart Prime Now shoppers, the Whole Foods in Williamsburg is horrible!

Coffee came extra hot so take care not burn your tongue. Solid drip, slightly cheaper than Starbucks. They also sell juice and there's a nice Korean style food bar next to it as well.

What the hell is the point for seniors only time in the morning when the whole store is filled up with prime cart shoppers not paying attention to social distancing rules?!?! Ridiculous and dangerous for the elderly! View menu

Very clean store. Tons of products I've never seen before. Fair pricing for sure but not overly expensive. I did like all the cheese imports and bakery section. I was also obsessed with their large selection of medicine/vitamins. I was able to find items that are on amazon for cheaper here at Wholefoods. While I enjoyed my experience here I still find it more pricier than other stores like Trader Joe's and Wegman's. I'll stop by again for vitamins and imported cheese.

Shopped here quite a bit whilst in Williamsburg. Such a variety of food you'll be spoilt for choice! Beware though you need ID to purchase alcohol. My 54 year old OH was refused his beer stash because he didn't have ID at the checkout. He quite obviously looks older than 21 but still refused. Wasn't happy. There should be some discretion on this when the customer is OBVIOUSLY old enough to buy and consume alcohol. Need to get with it Wholefoods Brooklyn. Wholefoods near Times Square never batted an eyelid, never asked for ID when we shopped over there but he had his passport just in case. Consistency needed. That said a great shop.

All the reviews complaining about service on here are why people hate williamsburg. This is a massive chain grocery store run by Amazon Jeff Bezos cut employee health benefits to save the company money (even though he just bought a $165 million dollar home w a 9 hole golf course 3 hot tubs), they get paid so little most employees still have to rely on public housing assistance to get by. Usually if i look lost enough someone will offer me help, and if i ask for help I've always been given decent service. Today a friend and I were browsing for moisturizer and a really nice lady gave us free samples before we committed. My self esteem isn't so low I need whole foods security to say good mornin... Yo, this coronavirus scare is for real. I tried to come stock up on dry goods but there was no peanut butter, so I had to buy almond butter. And all the packaged stuff was pretty much gone so I headed to the bulk isle, but there was no pen to write the codes on the bags. I'm good with numbers, though, so I just memorized them. Only got one wrong. The forbidden black rice. They did have regular rice, but the granules are so dark and foreboding that I had to try it. I mean, what's more ominous than eating black rice in a pandemic? I went late at night to avoid lines and it worked. But I guess maybe everyone who wanted peanut butter came by earlier. I like almond butter, don't get me wrong, it'...

What a shame! This used to be a very nice store... and since they have the Amazon Prime Delivery people collecting items for those who order on line, the store is a total mess, imposible to walk around with all those carts with deliveries being prepared, impossible to even find items and shop, never mind the lines to check out, which take forever... On top of that some of the cashiers are very mean, they hardly say hi to you or smile, the way they pack your groceries is just throwing stuff in a bag without any care. The lady they have to organize the checkout lines seems to believe that she works in a prison facility... shouting at you the number of the cashier you need to go to, when the sc...

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
