"If you want great food, 5 star food truck. If you want rude owners...this is your place. I can't complain about the food and stand but the woman owner was EXTREMELY RUDE to my children. My 2 and 1/2 year old son pushed her screen door open a little to the icecream shop as I was helping my daughters and families kids decide on icecream (waiting patiently as it was busy) and she slammed it in his face (my husband noticed too). He was very hurt and on the verge of tears. My older daughter was ordering and the women owner was snotty to her asking what Mello Yello was that she ordered. It was on her menu. Why are you asking my daughter what your menu is. You named the drink. My other daughter ordered. Again rude to her. She posted a paper with items not available but didn't take off the items on the original wall menu (they are able to do this). There were a few rubbed off. Had us all ridiculously confused and acted like we were the jerks. Like I knew she put avacado (she was out of) in her smoothies as my daughter tried to order one. Again why are your smoothies on the menu if you are going to give attitude when one is ordered and ingredients are missing. My families kids said she was rude also. Husband owner on another occassion rubbed me the wrong way with how he spoke to a family member. I looove their food and been many times but this is NOT ok behavior towards your customers when your having a bad day. Won't ever be returning. So if you like being treated like garbage but love good food, this is your place."

If you have an hour to spare and you are looking for rude service then Copper Plate may be for you. If you have an expectation that a food truck would produce your food within a resonable time, then do not go to eat here! We waited for an hour for 2 burgers, when we asked when are food would be done, the girl at the counter was extremely rude and barked that it was busy! When our food finally did come up, she threw it on the counter and closed the window. There were only two people in the establishment, and it was a Friday evening. As a result of having to wait an hour for our food, we were late for our engagement.
