"I thought I was going to be making a change with pizza places. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese light sauce and 4 other vegetables. I tasted nothing but bread, I'm so dissatisfied. I'm not sure why these pizza places don't put extra cheese on pizza when people order extra cheese, there was no pulling a part of the cheese. I barely even tasted the cheese. Very disappointed.. It was if each piece had one thing on it. I tasted one banana pepper. I tasted one artichoke. I barely tasted any onion at all. I'm not sure where the toppings were. Or the pizza or the sauce. They should've just said here's your bread."

I've ordered pizza from here many times, and I've always received quick and courteous service. I wish I could get delivery, but I'm just a bit too far away. For some reason, the Holt location consistently tastes much better than the downtown Lansing one. Thanks for the great pizza!

I've always had a wonderful experience with this restaurant! Ordering is effortless, and the delivery or pick-up times are usually accurate. Everything is prepared fresh and arrives hot and carefully packaged. The fantastic staff really make this location stand out as the best around.

The pizza is usually good, but we didn't receive the flavored crust we requested in our order last night. Additionally, the garlic cheese bread was overcooked and dry, consisting of mostly bread with very little cheese. It was a disappointing experience for a $50 meal. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I'll be coming back after this recent visit.

In the comments I asked that they thoroughly bake a deep dish pizza Detroit style they did what they were asked After the height of the pandemic I found that take orders are generally filled in a sloppy, incomplete fashion (stuff not packed, wrong stuff packed, etc. not here. Super professional! Will start tipping ahead, here only, so far.
