This coffee shop offers the best breakfast I've ever experienced in all my years of traveling, and they deliver it consistently every single day. Cool spot for breakfast. Matches the hotel which was built in 1960. Reminds me of classical diner along the road. Coffee is really great for the US. Pancakes are fluffy and taste good. Place seems popular even amongst the locals. Lauri is a great host :

You have to go to Idaho Falls to find pancakes as good as these, but you have to travel back in time to find the combo of diner-griddle bacon, omelette, and cold squeezed OJ found here.
