"I visited DQ yesterday, and the staff was amazing! Both the food and service were excellent. The place was very clean, making for a wonderful experience. A huge bonus for those with service animals—I faced no issues at all, which isn't always true at other places. Thank you for a delightful dining experience!"

"Here’s a suggestion for the bar owners: have the waitstaff take care of the tables! By making customers wait in line, you’re losing out on significant alcohol sales. Most patrons have full-time jobs during the week, so the last thing they want on a Friday night is to queue for drinks, especially when you've hired a band and have a packed house. Furthermore, when we tried to settle our tab, no one seemed to know about it. Fortunately, we are honest, but this could have easily led to a loss for you. On busy nights, your alcohol sales are crucial, and not serving your customers properly really detracts from that. We could have simply walked out without paying, which would have hurt your bottom line. All your servers should be well-versed in the bar menu and capable of managing multiple tables. This strategy would not only enhance your sales but also increase their tips. The way you’re currently running your establishment is costing you and your staff money—there’s definitely room for improvement."

"Ordered a 6in artisan tuna melt. It came on a 6 in wheat roll not a flat bread. Also ordered a footlong club and received a 6in?!?! I don't normally like to criticize a restaurant in a town of only 5 offerings but I mean cmon? $30 for incorrect subs? Careful what you order here. And they need to update their offerings live if they run out if something. Meal type: Dinner"

"I stopped here yesterday on my way back home to Kansas. First of all, the woman who took my order was very friendly, but it was the young man who was at the pickup window who touched my heart. I had to wait a few minutes, and in that short time, I learned he was also from Kansas, and had moved to Holdrege for a fresh start. He told me he graduated from high school this year and started working at Runza. I felt like maybe he didn't always have someone to talk to and I was the friendly face he needed at that time. Anyway, I just really wish him the best in his future and wanted to leave a little note about my experience. I have literally never written a reviews before, but just felt the need to. Oh and the food was delicious!"

"I went through too order food for my nieces and i. i wasn’t done ordering and the “manager” cut me off and gave me my total. i told her i wasn’t done ordering and she told me too pull up too the window. she then told me she deleted my order. all because i told her i wasn’t done ordering. she told me she was gonna call the cops. because I WASNT done ordering. rude customer service. worst service ever!"
