He wasn't just trying to sell me a bike; he listened to my needs and recommended the right bike for me, which I ended up purchasing from him. The after-sales service was fantastic as well! He helped me load the bike, assembled all the parts, and answered all my other questions. I’m really happy with my new bike and feel confident that I’m in good hands with Benny for any future issues!
