"The ice cream was ok but in my opinion how you serve food can affect how it tastes to you. As I ordered with one young lady another young lady was handing the items out the window not giving me the option or opportunity to change my mind and I had not paid for the items yet. I felt a little rushed and I didn’t feel welcomed. With the last three items ordered the young lady just sat the order in the window and walked away. If we was not paying attention it would have been sitting there wasting away. The item my daughter ordered all wrong. So because we couldn’t see our items being made we opt to not complain and kept what was given. The vibe was ice cold, rushed, and unwelcoming. No worries we won’t be returning."

I used to be a fan of this restaurant, but now I'm disappointed. It used to be a popular spot in Illinois until teenagers took over. They are slow and I even saw one girl with short, light brown, curly hair in the back smoking a vape pen. It's no wonder they are slow, they seem to be on drugs. This is not a good look for the business. I waited so long for my ice cream that when I finally received it, it was half melted and had a brown hair in it. I am disgusted and disappointed. I hope this is just an issue with this location, as I have never had problems at other creameries. They need to get it together!
