Crustacean Boil N' Grill

Took my best friend for a birthday lunch. This is our favorite seafood restaurant and it never disappoints. Food is always great and the staff is pleasant and attentive.

Had an awesome experience there. Love the food especially their house magic dust that goes perfectly with the shrimps and crab legs! The environment and the service are great too. Would definitely recommended!

The product quality has deteriorated. Sides such as corn, sausage, and potatoes have been cut back dramatically in the orders that they should eliminate them from the dish rather than insult me with substandard size servings.Service, however, has remained excellent.

I believe there was just one person managing the front of the house, but she did an impressive job of keeping everyone content. The food was enjoyable; I tried The Whole Rowe and found it quite satisfying. Next time, I think I'll opt for my seafood to be grilled or broiled.

Ordered In The Lake which is half pound crawfish, 1/2 shrimp, 1/2 clams. I received a bag full of MUSSELS, a few clams, and literally 3 shrimp. The sauce was watery. Lacked flavor and I got it with House Magic Dust whichid a combo of all of the flavors so it tasted like a salty watery mess. Quality of food was terrible as well. Crawfish was MUSHY and shrimp was overcooked. Idk if they are cooked into the same pot or what but it was not good at all. Used to be such a cool place but it seems they've been going downhill for awhile.

Idk what happened. They fell off. I always got their snow crab with like half a pound a shrimp and extra sausage with the house special sauce I think it's called. But last time I went my shrimp were soggy. And dirty. They have the best cornbread. Almost taste like cake. They seasoning even changed. I might try to go again and hope that these last two times were just bad timing or something because they were busy. But since then haven't been back. I used to try to eat here at least twice a month. But hopefully next time I go it will be better.

When we arrived on a Saturday night, the restaurant was only half full. We waited 35 minutes just for our drink order to be taken. After placing our order, we waited another 20 minutes before checking on the status of our drinks. To our surprise, the drinks weren't ready, and our food order hadn’t even been placed. There was only one staff member handling the bar, greeting guests, and serving as the waitress. She seemed overwhelmed, and there was no additional support for her. Ultimately, we decided to leave the restaurant without eating due to the excessive wait and poor customer service. I was very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
