"I visited Cryin' Johnnies with my wife and son on New Year's Eve. It was our first time there, but it definitely won us over. My son ordered the Turkey Club, my wife had a Crabby Dog, and I opted for a Bacon Cheddar Dog with generously melted cheddar. We also shared bacon cheeseries and macaroni and cheese as sides. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. Unlike many places that just sprinkle cheese and bacon on top, at Cryin' Johnnies, they serve ample cheese and bacon throughout the dish. The macaroni and cheese was the best we’ve had in Maryland, and my wife was thrilled with her Crabby Dog. The service was excellent; our server regularly checked on us, which was much appreciated. The bathroom was spotless, and anyone who dines out knows that a clean bathroom often reflects the cleanliness of the kitchen. There were no worries on that front! We will definitely return, and I highly recommend that everyone give it a try if they haven't already!"

Dogs were good but the buns fell apart which made it difficult to eat. The fried pickles were way over fried. We mentioned to the waiter but it wasn't removed from the bill. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Indoor and outdoor seating. View menu

Hands down the BEST Hotdogs and Burgers around. The famous Crabby Dog is a must try and their hand-cut Fries are as good as they come! The classic Chili-Cheese Dog is a personal favorite paired with an ice-cold Big Wave ale. Support local businesses andvisit this hidden gem in Mount Airy!

I can't wait to return to this place! It was our first time at Cryin' Johnnie's, and we had bacon cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and a regular burger. Everything was absolutely delicious, and by the end of our visit, we had no complaints at all! It's a fantastic place to eat, and I would highly recommend it to everyone.
