The burger is quite good, a bit messy but overall tasty! The fries are exceptional. Although the wait was a bit long, it's understandable for made-to-order food. Overall rating for food: 4 out of 5.

I like their buffalo salad. The buffalo fries are great when you get them for dine in but for carry out they are not nearly as good. Also recommend getting them extra crispy. Their shakes are to die for. Burgers are a little on the small side for the price point.Food: 4/5

I’m so sad, but this place has gone so downhill. Ordered a burger and fries, no drink, and it was $18. Got home and discovered my burger was completely raw in the middle despite asking for it to be well done. Their website has no contact info so I guess I’m just leaving a review to make myself feel better.

We love Cubby’s. We always visit the American Fork location. At least until the Saratoga one opens. I love their Rosemary fries. Those are probably my favorite thing to order. My hubby always orders the Buffalo fries. I also get the Houdini burger which is my new favorite burger there. Everything comes out quick and hot. View menu

I usually enjoy my experience at various Cubby's locations. I decided to visit this Cubby's location as I was always impressed by the food and my experience. I was surprised to come across a worker that was rude and took their sweet time in preparing the order as I was the only one in the drive thru. I spent around 20-25 minutes waiting for my order and was surprised to see my food was cold and the way it was wrapped and prepared was subpar. I had to spend some time removing bits of paper from my food and at that point I had lost my appetite. I am disappointed with the quality of the food as well as my experience.

The prices at this restaurant were much higher than expected. Despite ordering 3 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks, our bill came out to over $70! The lettuce on my burger was limp and not at all crisp, which was disappointing. We also did not enjoy the burger buns, finding them to be too trendy and hipster. We regretted not choosing to go to In-N-Out instead, as we believe we would have gotten better food at a lower price. The uncomfortable booths and raw wood seats with no cushions added to our overall negative experience. The only redeeming factor were the sweet potato fries, which were decent. We love Cubby 's! It 's sad to see that their prices have gone up again (you 're gonna be paying $13 for a 6 in sandwich), but alas, I realize they are just another victim of inflation. It just puts Cubby in our splurgy eats category, but we will definitely keep coming! The food is delicious, well-seasoned, and aesthetically presented. The menu offers a variety of options for different tastes, from beautiful salads to sandwiches and burgers to plenty of options for the kiddos.
