delicious latte and this little vegan cake thing was amazing! I whipped it because it looked very chocolatey, but I was super surprised how delicious it was. rich and tasty with a good texture and dried cherry bits on the top were amazing. beautiful big latte, beautiful atmosphere, cool music classic and some strange old tune. also a very comfortable seat! and they are beautiful and friendly.

Good morning, specifically to the people of CutBow Coffee Burque Bakehouse! This local fishing themed coffee shop knows how to make a solid latte. The location has indoor seating and a makeshift outdoor patio, perfect for a lazy morning or date. They have a huge parking lot, so parking is never a problem. It’s also really close to the freeway if you’re on the move and equally close to the Rio Grande Nature Center State Park if you’re in the mood for a nice stroll.

these people are 100% handcrafted and have 100% locally roasted bean! they have interesting aromas and great combinations, several non-milk selection on milk, plus a fabulous selection of super tasty gluten-free bundled cake style baked. really big old room with a modern remodeling. totally friendly and pleasant place to spend a afternoon. if they are looking for something unique and relaxing, this is the place to go, but intentionally, I think they close at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Cutbow serves some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. I tried the gommosita (as shown in the picture) and a pour-over of their Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, while my wife had the café canela. Each drink was incredibly delicious! I learned that they source their coffee beans directly and roast them in-house. The shop itself has a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, while it might not be the sole reason for my return to Albuquerque, I would certainly make the trip just to visit Cutbow again.

If you're on the hunt for a great coffee shop, look no further! This place has some of the best iced lattes I've ever tasted. Their milk is outstanding! The baked goods are also delicious—my child and I shared a chocolate croissant that was divine. The only downside was the wait time; we waited about 20 minutes for our food and drinks. However, I don't mind waiting for good coffee, especially since it was Balloon Fiesta weekend, which likely made things busier than normal. Overall, I highly recommend this spot!

fantastic! from the moment they go into the facility, each detail awakes their senses! from the wonderful smell of freshly roasted coffee beans. their eyes are with fresh flowers on each table top, intentionally, handmade, uniquely recycled wood for a high top common bar, the beautiful wire woven seats. the walls are decorated with productions of local creative. Oh, yes, it's a coffee connection... not to forget why we're here. super coffee! roasted on precision! and the owner is personal along with his hand-picked and fantastic staff! so friendly, they will feel like home! what a perfect gift in the midst of our day! Currently on a road trip from Texas to San Francisco and as usual, I LOVE to try coffee in each state I pass through. Was on food an wine magazine website reading about the best coffee roasters in each state and this shop is the winner for NM. If you'd like to truly understand how a coffee shop works and if they are dedicated to the craft or not, I'd suggest ordering an espresso shot. This one amazing drink can give you so much information about an entire business plan, the people who work there and how much they appreciate coffee. As for this shop, I'm confident that they care a lot. They have their very own special blend of espresso beans, which is always an excellent option from a legit r...
