"Food was so mid idk where these good reviews came from. I went from flushing queens to here because of the reviews. That was deceptive…. a waste of gas. Expensive for just a bunch of sweet sauce on every entree. Only thing good was oxtail sushi. Drinks were A1. Service could be better especially since it was nearly empty on a saturday early night. Server took 25 minutes to check on how our entrees were. I sent my entree back i wanted to order something else but they took so long to ask how it was. ended up only having 1 drink even though i wanted more. Do better."

it took a long time before our food order came out. the dishes were salted over salt and the cocktails were sweet and syrupy. not a great experience the fish cakes were generally too sharp for the average person. View menu

Good vibes with the music. Went for my mom's birthday and would recommend for an older person of the music was a little bit lower but it was great you could actually read the menu without taking out your phone's flashlight. Drinks were good, paid on average, $100 per person.

We had a great time here. We had our team dinner (5 of us) at czen, and it was great. Food was good, service was great and a very pleasing atmosphere. Only complaint was we had chicken that seemed a little undercooked (pinkish). The manager came around with some complimentary shots, Ruth gave great service, music was great. Would happily suggest this for others to try. And would happily come back again.Vegetarian options: They have the Marley Medley which is a great option.Parking: There's usually parking within the surrounding block.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
