"Just spent $50 on food, while we waited I asked for a small cup so I could get some ice. The cashier told me no, she can't do that. She has to charge me for the paper cup. Her name is Karen. Got home to find NO BACON on my bacon cheeseburger even after saying I wanted the bacon, after she became confused with me saying no vegetables on my burger. Had to tell her bacon is NOT a vegetable Update.... I spoke to the manager (Robert) and he told me that there was nothing he could do about it! Refused to refund the bill even after proving she overcharged us as well!"

Took forever to get food and when we did the tacos were soggy cuz they sat in the window along with fries while they made the burger asked for fresh fries and they tried to argue that they were hot cuz under the light I'm over it. Hard to get goodservice these days
